ここは、最寄りの千葉駅から15分ほどの神社です。有名ではないですが、建造物が珍しい形なので1度は行ってもいいと思います。
Chiba Shrine has 15min from nearest station by walk. It's not famous but very rare shape shrine so I think just 1 time should to go here for good memory.

It’s a small shrine, but you may feel very relaxed!
I visited some times, and I recommend the visit at the festival called “Mayo-ken Taisai.” That’s nice.

During a recent family trip through Chiba we stopped off at this shrine to share with our children a little about Japanese culture. This shrine was inviting to us and my children loved seeing the locals come to pray.

As shrines go it is quite nice and tranquil. I especially enjoyed the original shrine sitting beside the new shrine. As well as the two stories one replicating the other. Very uncrowded as we went mid week during the day.

This shrine has more to see than the average shrine, but is less exciting that the super famous shines found just an hour west in Tokyo. If you're in Chiba city, you won't find much to do. With such limited options, you should check out this shrine. It won't be life changing, but there is enough going on to keep you interested for a half hour or so. You could do some people watching here, as they go to the different gods to pray, or maybe you can write you wish on a wood board and hang it with the other wishes. You could also run around the gate for good luck. It's Chiba, so this is the best you could hope for.

Went out to shoot some Temple shots during day and light up time.
Never could imagine a hidden place would be so attractive.

A nice visit to a very traditional and beautiful Shrine. There were loads of your tour buses so plenty of people around. Next time we will visit a smaller less busy shrine.

I went to this shrine with my friends from Inage Station to Chiba Station. We took a walk for about 10 minutes from Chiba Station and just followed the map until we arrived there. This is our first time went to shrine in Japan so we got a little bit carried out. We learned to pray like a Japanese (you know, toss the coin, toll the bell, and clap our hand three times just like in the dorama or japanese movie) lol
We took several photos tho, and that's it after 30 minutes we were going home.

I live in Chiba City so I really know this shrine. It's mostly popular during the New Year holidays where hundreds of people go and make their New Year wishes. It has too much 'new concrete' kind of feeling and lacks the usual atmosphere expected in Shinto shrines. A much better experience for anyone in Chiba seeking a more authentic Shinto experience is Inage Jinja, or Inage Shrine on Rt 14.

Hi,
I have just arrived in Chiba for several days. I want to visit a Chiba Shrine but I don't know how to get there.
Kindly advise me which shrine that I should go, and how to get there . I live near Inage train station.
I can only speak English, not Japanese.
Thank you very much
