首都圏にあるタワーの中では、あまり馴染みがない人が多いと思いますが、空いてて自然に触れられ、東京駅からも40分ほどなのでアクセスもしやすいです。タワー感は味わえます。 I believe almost peoples don't know kind of Tower in Kanto area but not crowd in every time and relaxing of nature feeling and good access from Tokyo station by the train. Can be good feeling for exciting into the tower.

Located at Chiba port park, at a height of 125 meters, it is the tallest structure in the region offering a view point - observation deck offering glimpses of the bay area and surrounding Chiba localities. It is accessible from the Chiba Minato station from the JR Keiyo line and the Chiba Urban monorail. The observation deck is at fourth floor . This is best visited during the evening hours.

An interesting sight but not much to do. Go for the sunset. Ample free parking available across the building in the park.

As towers with observation decks go, this one is a bit pedestrian and not particularly tall. However, we went in the afternoon of a cloudy day; I can imagine it would be far better on a clear early evening as the sun is setting. The typical instruments of torture for parents' pocket change (aka pay-per-view binoculars) are ample and the views offered by the observation deck span a full 360 degrees. There is a small cafe below the observation deck where you can sit and enjoy the lovely views over coffee. One floor lower you'll find a "lovers' area" where you can purchase written testaments of your courtship for those so inclined. Overall, an interesting diversion if you have an extra hour to spare.
