good free tour and samples
The tour is in Japanese and takes about an hour, which includes a video in Japanese. Interesting to see the chips being made and to have a good sample of freshly made chips plus a bag to take home.

You need to made reservation with a tour guide
We came here to our dismay that we are not allow to tour the factory unless there's a tour guide with us and we need to made appointment with the company . It's not allow for walk in .
