A must-go if you are driving in Eastern Hokkaido, especially if you enjoy driving. The roads are amazing to drive on, and sometimes it's covered with fog. Be careful as there are a lot of twists and turns.

You will need a car to get access to Shiretoko Pass. The view on the drive up the winding roads up the mountain is really something to behold and breathtaking. And once you reach Shiretoko Pass, you get an awesome view of full mountain ranges...More
