This is a shrine, which is located on a top of a small hill at the confine of Yudaonsen. You should go up steps, but it is not so hard as it looks like. Kumano Shrine is located on the outskirts of Yuda Onsen. It is located on a small hill, and the stone steps are quite steep to climb. It is said to have started when the Ouchi clan promoted the shrine from Kumano in Kishu.
