Great Nature Tours was a very welcome change to our "traveling" routine. We had a chance to get off the bus/train and ride bikes to multiple, different sites: panoramic views from the volcano cone, local Shinto Shrines, rugged coast, and quiet farms and gardens off the beaten path. Most awesome trip with Seiji san who took us to see the beautiful and early Sakura bloom in the Kawazu and Shimoda area. He also took us to the most beautiful natural blowhole... the cycle was definitely a slice of heaven seeing all the Sakura tree Lined river

I had the pleasure of having Suzuki-san leading us to a wonderful half-a-day tour. First of all, I have to apologize as the tour was put together last-minute because of miscommunication during the confirmation process. In any case, Suzuki san, who speaks fluent English as spent a year living in Toronto, came to greet us very quickly with everything prepared. He was very attentive to our needs. Learning that i'm a huge fan of the animals, he tweaked our itinerary so we could maximize our time spent at the Izu zoo, along with helpful tips on what animals to focus on so we are most efficient with our limited time. He also made sure that we had a chance to enjoy the surrounding nature (it was the season for kouyou/red leaves) and selected a few choice spots for us to thoroughly enjoy the treasure offered by the Izu peninsula.…
