Didnt find it as fascinating, probably because I have been to Sydney fish market and Tokyo Tsukiji fish market. I would only encourage you to go if you have not been to a fish market.

We went here at the beginning of the day when the market is in full swing. Now that the Tokyo fish market has modernized, this might be the nearest thing to the original feel. There is a loooot of fish and sea-fruits (as the French...More

A place to have sushi, a small Tsukiji. Lovely place to have fresh fruits, barbecues and oysters on the go. Strawberries were in season so it was delightful. Seafood restaurants mimic that of Tsukiji but I think the ones here are better from what I...More

This place sells fresh seafood and you can eat fresh oysters, sea urchins, scallops at the store. The seafood in Ishikawa is one of the freshest and the best.

As Markets go it is just OK. Restaurants are expensive. It is a relatively small market and you can buy fish but mostly shell fish. A few vegetable shops and a larger open shopping area.

Market has lots of fresh seafoodfor sale. Some restaurants dotted around . Had a good lunch . We arrived on a weekday around 1 pm and quite a few restaurants were full. So we had to wait in line

Simply all of them. There are 4 or 5 eateries of various types in the market. The one we tried looked like a canteen and you choose your food from 2 serving points. Tasty and different.
