You can reach this place via the Kanazawa loop bus. We went in early afternoon and the street is pretty quiet. Some of the shops were closed. We crossed over the bridge to the other side, took a few pics and left.

There are some public bus going to there or near there, but I recommend to use your foots. There is the Oumicho-ichiba on the way. It takes 20 minutes on foot from Kanazawa Station to the Kazuemachi-chayagai district.
