I spotted this whilst on my way to the folk village, it was an amazing sight, its huge and the golden roof really makes it stand out, very different to anything else I'd seen in Japan

Most fascinating structure of new religion. Worth a look around. The fish tank alter I have never seen before. The staff and few worshippers were kind and interested.

I consider visiting Suza a 'must,,' and I have visited there many times over the past 22 years. This shrine is for anyone who wishes to offer prayers to God. It may seem overwhelming at first, but it is the shrine consecrated to God, and...More

About 30 minutes walk from the station, but not too far from Hida No Sato so can combine it if you are visiting that. Free entry but little English spoken, although they have a leaflet in English explaining about the organisation. I found the atmosphere...More
