Dear Liria, Thanks for your time to write the fantastic review on the half day e-bike ride. I also had a really good time with you despite unsettled weather with a little rain. You seemed to love the Panasonic e-bike assisting us a lot to get to the scenic valley village. It was my pleasure to serve some coffee and tea at the secret river beach. I would like to appreciate your kindness to promote the experience to anyone looking for a beauty of nature. Hope you will come back to Japan one day and explore our country more! Warm Regards, Dai

After experiencing Takayama and Kyoto in previous weeks, my partner and I found ourselves wondering why we had arrived at a comparatively tiny and small town wedged between the famous Gifu and Takayama. Upon waiting for Dai to meet us at the train station for a Sake Brewery tour

Dear Iris & Donovan, Thank you so much for the lovely comment on our experience in the peaceful country town of Hida. I was so glad to see you and show you around the sake brewery with some tasting session. As I told you during the tour, sake (Nihonshu) is one of the most precious cultures in Japan. I and the sake brewery are so proud of it, which encourages us to spread it out abroad. In addition, it is worth understanding the background. Culturally profound enough to soak yourself in the world! Thanks again for your kindness. Enjoy savoring the sake in your home! Warm Regards, Daisuke

Dear Joaquim, Thanks for coming and posting a great review one the sake experience in a small country town. It was nice seeing you during your memorable trip in Japan. The questions you shoot us were really good. Some of those were hard to answer but appreciated you loved the Japanese sake so much. As you mention, not so many breweries show inside for visitors to keep it secret, and the best season to see a factory must be winter. Appreciate your kindness to share your tips for other travelers to join the tour. Hope to see you again one day. Warm Regards, Daisuke

Dear Robert, Thank you so much for sharing your thought about the full day e-bike experience in the beautiful valley village. It was a great time for me too to cycle around to see the beauty of nature in the Japan's countryside. As you mention, the area is not completely listed on any travel guidebook but it has a lot of local things worth seeing and understanding. The highlight is especially the lunch we had in the local restaurant, which was gorgeously decorated and delicious. Loved to see you doing your best to cycle on the hill during the tour. Hope it would be a good chance to encourage you to start some exercise in a daily life. I also appreciate that I offer this unique experience for foreign guests to show the different part of Japan. Thanks again for your kindness. Hope you will come back to Japan one day. See you again! Warm Regards, Daisuke
