こちらの川尻酒造場は、観光客で込み合っている通りから１本東側の通りにあります。この通りも古い町並みの通りで、酒蔵が多くありました。
川尻酒造場に入ってみると、先客は１組だけ。にぎやかな通りにあった原田酒造や船坂酒造と違って、店内はひっそりしていました。こちらは古酒を扱う蔵のようで、こちらの酒はここでしか手に入らないそうです。熟成古酒「天恩」などが有料試飲できます。古酒らしく、淡い褐色に色がついた酒は、コクが強い感じでした。

高山のさんまち通りで酒蔵巡りを楽しんでいた私たち。３軒目の酒蔵は、こちらの川尻酒造場に行きました。
こちらの酒蔵は、古酒がメインのようです。試飲は有料で、その酒によって値段が違います。同じ古酒でも、その古さなどによって、酒につく色が変わってくるんです。もちろん、味も変わってくるんだと思います。私自身が古酒を飲みなれていないせいかもしれませんが、私の舌にはちょっとなじまない感じでした。

１８３９年創業の老舗です。立派な杉玉が老舗の証拠です。昔ながらの手作り製法を続けている本物の老舗です。梅酒が３３０円で飲めるので飲んでみました。梅酒ってこんな味だったのかという濃厚な味でした。

日本酒の酒蔵ではありますが、古酒のラインナップが豊富です。
試飲でも、古酒3種飲み比べセットがあります。熟成させた年数や銘柄の違いを比べることができます。
日本酒以外にも梅酒もあります。梅酒の古酒も有料試飲で味わうことができます。
気に入ったお酒があれば、その場で買うこともできます。

J'ai beaucoup aimé le vin de prunes et les sakés de cet endroit. Ce n'est pas l'endroit le moins cher pour une dégustation, mais l'endroit est tranquille et tout est bon (les portions sont aussi plus généreuses qu'à d'autres endroits) ! À essayer.

さんまち通りの観光案内所で場所を聞きました。観光案内所の方から熟成古酒がとっても美味しい酒造場と教えていただき行きました。試飲ももちろんできます。古酒でつくった梅酒も絶品でした。少々お高いですが価値のある一本だと思います。
