When we decided to visit Jordan we wanted to organize our own tour in order to optimize time and enjoy as much as possible from Aqaba to Amman.
Jordan Tour with Andrea and Mohammed helped us to make this possible. The day in Petra was incredible including the 3hours guided visit and few hours by our own. We spent new year's eve in Wadi Rum which was amazing and truly recommended! Then stop in Kerak and then Amman, Jerash (also here we enjoyed a really professional guided tour), Madaba, Mount Nebo and Dead Sea and again to Aqaba.
A fully intense and great experience.
We are really grateful to the agency and to the drivers (all professional and every day in perfect time) and we want to recommend it!

We booked our transportation with them as we were a small group and we decided hat it is preferable to have a profesional driver.
We contacted via email for an offer which ws the most competitive and then we planned together our transfers as per our demands.
The van was in good condition and our driver Romi was excellent.
our pleasant driver was assisting us during our trip and make for an extra stop at the market to buy things alghougth it was not in the schedule.
We are glad of using Jordan Horizons Tours service and we fully recommen them and in particular Romy! :)

A day excursion from the port of Aqaba visiting Petra and Wadi Rum. Two couples. Ali was our driver and excellent. Picked up on time in nice van. Water available. Separate guide also named Ali in Petra was hungry for extra money. Wanted $75 to detour off the standard route by climbing a small section which was not worth doing. The initial 4wd provided for Wadi Rum was an old diesel and both us and Ali agreed it was unsatisfactory and Ali arranged a much better 4wd from another Bedouin settlement. Communication with JHT was excellent and we can thoroughly recommend paying for an upgrade to have lunch at the Basin restaurant inside Petra.

After booking an overnight Wadi Rum shore excursion for November 1 - 2 with Jordan Horizons Tours, we were unable to complete the trip. On the evening of October 27, the captain of our cruise ship announced that due to the conflict in Israel and surrounding areas, our ship would not make port in Aqaba due to safety concerns. I immediately emailed our contact at Jordan Horizons Tours, Basma Hayudini, to notify him that we would not arrive Aqaba and needed to cancel our excursion. Even though we were outside the limit for cancelling and receiving a refund, Basma was very cooperative and understanding. He immediately responded that we would be refunded, less an administrative fee. And the credit was on our Visa account within a couple of days.
We were extremely disappointed that we were not able to enjoy time in Jordan. Although, we had traveled to this country before, we were looking forward to the overnight star gazing experience in Wadi Rum.
Hopefully, we will be able to visit Jordan again and will definitely plan to book future excursions with Jordan Horizons Tours.

The Jordan Horizon Tours are definitely the best tour company ever. They arranged everything from our itinerary and we spent a great time without thinking of any details. The driver picked up my family from the Aqaba airport, then we went to Petra. Our journey included Petra, the Dead Sea and Wadi Rum. They organized a special services for us in the 5 stars hotel at the Dead sea beach and amazing experience in Bedouin camp in the desert. I highly recommend this guys, they were very polite, with excellent knowledge, so helpful and friendly. I will recommend them to all my friends and hope to turn back in Jordan again! Thank you for everything, you are fantastic!

We were picked up early in the morning and were one of the first tour groups to leave for Petra. Once there we walked down the entrance to Petra. Our tour guide had us look back towards the entrance to reflect on the journey we made as he moved us around. Then he had us turn around and there was the Treasury. What a site, We spent time there to look around. Then to the theater and down the main road. We broke up into small groups so we could make our way back to the meeting point in time for lunch. As we were leaving the MSC and NCL shore excursions were arriving. There were over 6000 visitors that day. Talking to others that took the ship tours, they did not see even half of what we saw. Many only saw the treasury and some saw the theater but not the amount we saw. You really need a full day to see the full place.

We had reservations with JHT
for a private tour with guide to Petra. We were already in Dubai when USA requested citizens come home immediately or be quarantined in Europe. We were touring Middle East and ending in Amsterdam. Of course, plane tickets had to change and we returned home. JHT was so kind to return our deposit without our requesting. That is sign of excellent company. Andrea and staff helped us immensely plan our tour. Thanks again and we are planning for next year and definitely we will do a ditto of this years plan but with extra days! Thanks again and Inshallah next year!

We booked relatively spontaneously a tour with Jordan Horizons Tours. Within a few days we planned a one week round trip with Jordan Horizons Tours. Communication was good and easy via email. Responds to our questions always came quickly. The agency booked all accommodation, activities and guides for us. Because of the ongoing corona pandemic we only had to pay the tour when we arrived in Jordan. The price-performance ratio for the tour was good. We met our guide and driver Hisham at the airport after our PCR-Test. We then proceeded together to the immigration. He helped us with the immigration and our baggage pick up and advised us where we could find the best SIM-cards and where we could collect cash at the airport. A great service just to the beginning at our trip. We have never left an airport so quickly after landing. We had a great tour with Jordan Horizons Tours. Everything was well organized and because it was a private tour, it was all according to our wishes. We even had wifi in the car. Due to the corona pandemic, the hotels and attractions are very empty. It is a unique opportunity to visit sights like Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea without the crowds. So I really recommend to visit Jordan right now. Because of Jordan Horizons Tours we had a great time in Jordan despite the corona pandemic. We always felt very safe. The agency was very concerned about our wellbeing the entire time.

We want to let everyone know that this company's customer service is wonderful. We had booked a Tour to "Petra" during a cruise. Unfortunately due to Corona Virus closures our trip was cancelled at the last minute. We contacted JHT to let tell them of the cancellation and requested a refund. Working with Andrea and Mohamed made things move smoothly. Even though the company was overwhelmed with other cancellations we received a full refund in a timely manner. We will certainly use this company when we get our cruise rescheduled.

I highly recommend this tour to Petra and Wadi Rum. Our group size was small which made all the difference! The guide, Mohammed Mugrabi was knowledgeable but more importantly he took the time to connect with each of us. All of our questions were valued and answered thoroughly. The tour went off without a hitch. We were back to our cruise ship on time and feeling very satisfied and happy with the amazing experience! We also had an excellent driver, a comfortable bus, and a delicious buffet lunch. I highly recommend this tour.

Good Day My husband and I will be in Aqaba Jordan Sunday April 29 2018. We are coming into port at 8am on Royal Caribbean ship Mariner of The Seas and departing at 11:59 pm we wish to see the sites in Petra could you please advise us on prices and any other ideas you have. We will also be in Jerusalem (Ashdod) Israel on May 2 from 7am to 7pm and would like any information if you have tours there as well
