I came with friends, We had a lot of fun here, Was able to experience and enjoy a great day out at the park with. We love the variety offered as well as the amenities. The property was very clean and appropriately staffed with lifeguards. Also love that it was not over crowded which allowed us to enjoy all aspects.

Great place to spend afternoon with kids
We went for the aqua Park a family of six people two teenagers to Young children. The park is not extremely big but has a good range of water slides and pools. There is a pool only for those 12 and older with jacuzzi massage beds and waterfalls. The lifeguards do keep the children outside of the pool maintaining calm environment. There is also a wave pool, children water slides, lazy river and big water slides. The main thing that they liked about the aqua Park is the safety and security of the place you are not allowed to bring your own life jackets or children swimming accessories, you will be supplied with the life jacket for your charge in the aqua Park. No prepared food is allowed on the premises, but the prices of the food in the cafeteria are quite reasonable. And the lifeguards are located everywhere, about five lifeguards in the children slide area alone. Alive guard near every other slide, several lifeguards around the lazy river and so on. I felt quite insecure to let the older children run about and have fun. There's quite big a locker rooms changing rooms and showers. You can swim in a modest bathing suits as well as in bikinis. The place is very very well kept clean . And the only downside is the scarcity of shade around the premises, it would be nice if there were more shaded areas especially in the pools without the slides

Great (but pricey) day out with school-aged children and older
We had a good time with a 5-year-old - even though it initially looked like a disaster. A lot of the slides require 120cm height, which he could not make. The slides he would have been allowed on were closed pipes, which he found too scary for lack of visibility. The kiddy castle was too noisy and ice cold with way too much water spraying all over the place. Our son did not ride down a single slide! He found bliss in the lazy river. 15JOD is too high a price for this think the parents. The water park does not advertise the admission + towel + meal deal on the website. It’s a reasonable 5JOD more than the basic ticket. The admission fee is crazy expensive (in fact the only crazier price is what taxis will charge you to get to the water park). The premises were pleasant, in good shape and well secured by an army of lifeguards. Given the high cost we’re not coming back until everyone in our party is taller than 120cm.

I visited as I was invited for a private party at the club. The first impression is good, yet when you start trying the service you would realize that the service is bad beyond any expectation. Wouldn’t waste time there

At the main gate no one respects the line. Everyone knows someone and calls them by name.
Some people went in without paying anything because they know someone at the gate. Others paid for the adults and didn’t pay for the kids at all.
You can bring food and drinks in if you also know someone at the main gate.
Sun beds are not available. You have to keep looking or they will try to sell you a private kabana with 3 sun beds in it for extra money. Don’t accept and make them find you a free subbed and magically they will start appearing.

Slides are nice and the kids had a lot of fun. Lifeguards are almost everywhere. Not so friendly but it’s good to see them every few meters watching over the kids.

However you can tell the water is not cleaned or sanitised and being recycled.

The men bathroom is spotless clean. Which clearly shows no kids or even adults are using it at all. 😂😂😂 however the ladies bathroom was a disaster.

The restaurant is the worse thing in the park. Again if you want to order make sure you know a waiter and you don’t have to wait in line and your order will come to your table before anyone else. Quality of food is not good at all. A frozen patty or burger on a bread bun and that’s it.
My son ordered the burger without cheese and after waiting for over an hour and couple of fights it still came with cheese.

I wouldn’t come here again honestly. Very expensive and it’s not worth the money.
Keep in mind the entry fees don’t include water, towel, locker or even a subbed. They will make you pay extra after you go in for all the above.

My first and last experience at Saraya Aqaba waterpark.
1. Security guards next to the ticket office were very rude and very unprofessional.
2. Covid19 safety measures was absent in the dry areas, many staff do not use masks.
3. Staff training is a must and urgently needed.
4. The park should provide better quality food if they insist in not allowing food in.
5. It's sad that such a great new project is not managed properly.

After we have paid and enter, they inform us that the rides are restricted to a maximum of 120kg weight, while the pools are allowed for more than 120kg. However, they also closed the pool of adults, called azure pool. After half hour (after we realized the trap), we asked for a partial refund, but they said it is possible.

The food is expensive and terrible 😣

They are dishonest, toursit traps and unprofessional staff. I do not recommend you to go there!

A good place, but the service is bad and very exploitative, especially in drinks and meals inside the resort. There are offers in prices and reciprocal prices, but not for everyone, perhaps a discount for acquaintances only. You cannot bring your drinks and snacks with you, they put it in the safe in the dry heat and it will be ruined. Good place, bad treatment

The staff were very attentative, and there are many of them, all over, each doing their bit to make the whole experience safe and pleasant for everyone. We asked the info desk lots of questions and she was very sympathetic. Went on ALL the rides, some multiple times and thoroughly enjoyed our day. We had a package that included lunch and it was excellent, little choice, but what they served was generous and delicious. There are other options at the restaurant as well. Along with a variety of beverages to suit everyone.

My family and I had a great experience, all the facilities are nice and thrilling. There were lifeguards everywhere, it provides you with extra feeling for safety. My only request is that they have to reduce the water pressure at the kids zone, that water gun may become dangerous. Overall, we had a great time and we are looking forward for the next visit!
