Bridge Travel and Yakub exceeded my expectations...

I recently returned from The Best of Jordan tour with Bridge Travel and it exceeded my expectations. I thought the highlight of the trip would be Petra and the Dead Sea but there was so much more and the experience was made so much better by my personal tour driver Yakub. He was so full of inside information and he took the time to allow me to really absorb whatever site I was visiting. Maybe because it was just me and Yakub, we had a lot of time to really get to know each other and it was more than just a body driving me from place to place. I probably drove him crazy with all of my questions. I felt like I made a friend. There was so much about Jordan that I wasn't aware of like Wadi Rum, Jerash, Mt. Nebo. These were just places in the itinerary that I went into thinking would be fillers because my main interest was Petra and the Dead Sea. I don't think my experience would have been nearly as great with another driver/guide and I'm grateful for the pairing and the experience. Yakub introduced me to a white cheese and honey treat that I hope to be able to duplicate at home. If you're lucky enough to be able to visit Jordan I highly recommend Bridge Travel and hope you get Yakub as your driver/guide.

Bridge Travel, tour guide and driver Jacob was exceptional.

My wife and I had a fantastic driver. Jacob was our driver to multiple stops over 4 days. He was punctual, informative and an engaging personality. He was always on time. He made our time in Jordan so much better. Our packed itinerary was explained repeatedly and on time but he would always accommodate changes per our requests. Car had everything water, snacks, hand sanitizer, tissues, maps, broachers , extra leg room and a WiFi hotspot. He would play educational YouTube videos as we approached sites. He took us to THE local restraunts that the locals would go to. Very personal in his attention and treated us to a popular deserts shop with a lot of fun people. I’m We highly recommend Bridge Tours based on our experience with Jacob. Please request him! If we could rate him more than 5 stars we would. Great work, it's great to find someone who loves his job and is always willing to go an extra mile to help.

Upon our arrival at the airport the representative met us and got us through customs efficiently, he then connected us with our driver. It was very early, our driver then picked us up refreshments and Jordanian snacks, which was well appreciated. The whole trip from the Adjlun castle, Petra, Wadi Rum, even while in Israel he checked on us to make sure we were ok. Very nice, accommodating, friendly and warm. Each guide along our tour was very knowledgeable, explained things perfectly and went along at our pace (Steve, Rami, Abed). I would highly recommend Bridge Travel, and our driver Jacob was great! Thank you so much for making our first trip to the Middle East a most memorable one! ❤️

Amazing experience

When we booked our trip to Jordan, we weren't sure what to expect, but our trip exceeded any expectations we may have had. This was mainly due to our driver Yacoub's (Jacob) knowledge, experience and flexibility. He made sure that we had enough time to see everything on our agenda and he also made suggestions to better our experience like doing the Jeep Safari in Wadi Rum at sunset instead of during the day. He was also very kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend Bridge travel for your trip to Jordan and more specifically Yacoub as your driver.

Wonderful week-long trip in Jordan

My daughter and I just returned from a week in Jordan guided by Bridge Travel. The trip far exceeded our expectations! Bridge Travel and all their representatives, drivers, and guides were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had excellent hotels and the food was superb. We really feel like we saw the best of Jordan (Amman, Wadi Rum, Aqaba/Red Sea, Petra, Dead Sea and so much in between). They coordinated the necessary PCR testing as well. We highly recommend using this service, and if you do, be sure to ask for Kamal as your driver.

If Jordan is on your bucket list, GO SOON before post-pandemic travel crowds arrive!

We participated in the 7 Night Jordan Tour with Bridge Travel (booked through Travel Discounters). Jordan has recently opened up for travel. The country has been hurt by COVID travel restrictions and everyone, everywhere in the country welcomed us enthusiastically. Everyone of our locals guides and our driver (Kamel) were excited to be back at work again and treated us as VIPs. As this was the company's first tour in over a year, our tour "group" consisted of just my wife and I so we had our own private tour! COVID issues are still out there, with PCR tests being required upon entry & departure, but Bridge Travel walked us through these obstacles. Petra, Jerash, the Dead Sea, Wadi Rum, & Aqaba are incredible places to visit, especially so with virtually no crowds, yet. Jordan is Safe, beautiful & welcoming. Special thanks goes out to our driver, Kamel. He took great care of us. If Jordan is on your bucket list, go soon before the post-pandemic crowds arrive. ....and go with Bridge Travel! We highly recommend them.

Great day in Petra, the guide was excellent he gave us plenty of information about the country and the site. We had lunch in the old city and enjoy a hike up to the Monastery. We recommend this tour to people who want to understand the history of Petra so as to fully appreciate the wonderful site.

The most INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Where do I start? Bridge Travel is absolutely phenomenal. They hire friendly, skilled and highly trained professionals. I had the pleasure to be greeted by my wonderful driver Kamal who ended up driving my friend and I throughout the whole journey from Amman to Wadi Rum, Petra, Jerash, Madaba and to the Israel border. He was not only kind and patient, but felt like we were part of his family. I looked forward to seeing him every day and learning more Arabic throughout our journey. He was so fun and made us laugh and a perfect driver where we felt safe the entire time. The tour guides throughout the trip were fantastic. Their knowledge of the Jordanian culture, history and traditions captivated us from day one. I never wanted to leave learning about all of the history of this beautiful country and the food was incredible. Bridge Travel really outdid themselves. I have met lifetime friends and tell everyone about their services. I can’t wait to travel with them again and look forward to my return to beautiful Jordan and Israel. Thank you Kamal for EVERYTHING! You truly are an asset to Bridge Travel. Thank you Bridge Travel for an unforgettable experience. We are forever grateful!

Excellent, reliable agency to work with for Jordan-related logistics

Bridge travel agency facilitated our Jordan visit Jordan passes and transport from one locale to the next. They also provided us with select tours at some of the sites we visited (Aqaba ,Amman Citadel, Petra, Wadi Rum and Dead sea). the team of the agency was fantastic especially the driver kamil and the best thing happened was our guide in Petra Basel he was great tour guide full knowledge and his language more than perfect anyone h/she want be be enjoying in petra must be asking the agent to be with you. but my problem was in who share the tour from Egypt .

Adventures in Jordan🇯🇴🐪

Our driver, Naser Shwal has a warm personality, he is a calm, friendly and trustworthy person. He did everything he could to ensure that we had a wonderful time in Jordan. He is a very experienced driver, he speaks English very well and he was always happy to answer to our many questions and to provide us with information about the culture, the sights, the food and generally about life in Jordan. He made very helpful suggestions and he took us to great restaurants in Petra and in Amman, where we enjoyed wonderful traditional food. The minivan used for our transportation during our four-day visit, was modern, clean, with AC, complimentary water bottles and all this in a very reasonable price.
We appreciated his patience and the fact that he made us feel very safe throughout our trips to Petra, to Wadi Rum, to Dead Sea and Amman.
We would definitely recommend Naser to everyone wishing to visit Jordan! He is simply the best!
