I travel to Zambia often with university students and Chris always takes such good care of our group. He goes the "second mile" to make our trip wonderful and troubleshoots issues in immigration to smooth our journey. We are thankful to have him as a friend in Zambia.

Fantastic- One Stop Shop

Chris Tours - Used for our Transfers too Botswana/Namibia. Absolutely everything was taken care of with this company . Driver Steve was super nice , efficient service and informative on our drive .
On our return journey we were told late afternoon that our departure from Lodge was now 0930 not 1100 as planned ! We immediately called Chris in Livingstone too explain the changes - calmly he took it upon himself too check with agents in Namibia and was their too meet our ferry at 1030 - 2.5 hrs earlier than planned.
Never have I been happier/relieved too see our driver . Thank You 🙏
This company has high standards of service .
Also great tours , competitive rates .

Safari in Botswana.

Chris and his team was fantastic at putting together a safari to Botswana from Livingstone for 2days and 2 nights despite it being slow season. He not only arranged everything but also personally drove us to Botswana and back to Livingstone. Thanks again Chris and it was a pleasure to meet you.

We did a roundtrip Victoria Falls Airport transfer to our hotel in Zambia. The drivers were all professional and safe drivers. We had one driver for each country and they made sure we got through the borders ok by escorting us inside. I didn’t realize there would be a driver switch when I booked but everything turned out fine. We also did a Chobe National Park day Safari and Chobe River cruise including a very nice lunch at a hotel in between. We saw Lions, Giraffes, Elephants, Impalas and Hippos all in their natural enviorment. We got really close to them. I got excellent pictures even on my Iphone. The driver was excellent and the Safari Jeep was in new condition. It was a long day but a lifetime of memories for us. We will use Chris Tours again when we come back in the future.

Based on TA recommendations we used Chris taxi service to take us to and from the airport as well as on day trip to Chobe. On 2 of the legs we were driven by the boss himself. Delightful gentleman as were all his staff. Always punctual and putting back our departure by 24 hours thanks to SAA going on strike was taken in their stride.
One minor issue was a large crack in the windscreen of one of the cars. Whilst this would be seen as serious in the U.K., such issues are far from uncommon in the developing world and visitors need to ensure they do not impose their country’s standards onto local ones. At least there was not a bullet hole in the windscreen which I once saw in a developing country on another continent!

It was just after your departure the crucked windscreen was replaced with a brand new one and now my car has a new screen and looking so lovely. Reliable, efficient and friendly service

We enjoyed the excellent services offered by Chris and his dedicated staff. Particularly Obryan, who is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.We visit Livingstone almost yearly and have used Chris for our transfers from and to the airport, for excursions to Zimbabwe and for tours of Livingstone areas. He offers a variety of other tours and is personally available to ensure that clients get the proper attention. Thank you Chris, Obryan, Collin and Alec.

Great service...Excellent tours...

We found Chris Tours here when we wanted to coordinate several tours for our one week in Livingstone, Zambia. Chris handled every aspect of our tours and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. We did Victoria Falls, in both Zambia and Zimbabwe, Chobe National Park and Chobe River cruise in Botswana and the sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Also included was our transport to and from the airport. Each activity was more exciting and enjoyable than we expected. As world travel writers traveling the world non-stop for 5 1/2 years+ our expectations are usually tempered. In this case, we weren't ever disappointed. Alec was our host guide and driver and handled us with care and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service, very reliable and competent

Chris took us to Chobe for a day. He was easy to contact, rapid in replies to e-mails and extremely helpful. He accompanies most tours which must help keep the standard so high. He came to meet us before our day out so we had full confidence all would go as planned. He smoothed out path across the border and had boats and safari vehicles ready to take us through to the reserve. We have done many safaris but had one of the best days game viewing ever which was unexpected given that we could only reach the very first part of the park. 5 separate sightings of Sable, tsessebe twice and lion as well as the almost guaranteed puku, red letchwe and other plains game. Lots of elephants, many swimming/snorkelling. Lunch was good and the river cruise very relaxing but still excellent game viewing. I can't recommend Chris highly enough. It really matters to him that he delivers an excellent service.

efficient and reliable transfer service!

Chris Tours provided our transfer from the Avani in Livingstone to the Livingstone airport. We found Chris on TripAdvisor and booked with the company because of the positive reviews. Booking and communication via email with Golden was very easy and he confirmed via email several days prior to our arrival. While the Avani offered to provide the transfer at half the price, we stuck with Chris Tours because of their professionalism and easy of communication; we felt comfortable paying a bit extra just for peace of mind. Our driver arrived on time and provided a short tour of Livingstone on our way to the airport. If we are ever in the area again, would definitely reach out to Chris Tours for assistance. Crossing the various borders between Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia is not necessarily easy to navigate without the help of locals and I'm sure that Chris would be a valuable resource when needed. Thank you for making our departure from Livingstone easy!

Great transfer service

Used Chris Taxi during our 4 day stay in the Victoria Falls area. Webster was waiting for us as we walked out of the immigration area and drove us to the border with Zambia, where Reynolds was waiting to take us to the Avani resort.
We also arranged a Chobe extended land and water safari with DK safaris during our stay, and again Reynolds and Webster worked hand in hand and to make our trip very enjoyable. The timing for everything was exactly as promised down to the minute. I cannot recommend this company enough, absolutely fantastic.
