Finally able to vist Vietnam again after years of lockdown. First on the itinerary was to look for a good tailor - last time we visit was in HCM and it was a good experience getting tailored trousers. This time in Da Nang we tried Paul Bespoke and it was great experience! A bit more expensive than the tailors in HCM but the workmanship and customer service made up for it.
Shirts and trouser done in 4 days :-)) The fabric so nice and fitted perfectly which makes me want to order again, fortunately they have international delivery and I just need to message them.
Highly recommended :-)

Went to Paul’s for a blazer and pant set. Absolutely fantastic service, cut and designs.
Everything was turned around in 24hrs and it’s one of the best pieces of clothing I own.
Thanks for the amazing team :)

With only 3 days in Da nang, Paul Bespoke Tailoring expertly crafted a black suit with all the small details I requested. The customer service was top-notch from the moment I entered the door until the day I picked up my suit. I will definitely use them again when I return to Dan Nang in the future. 5/5!

I went here to get a suit made. Upon arriving the customer service girl looked irate that we even came. She did not look like she was in the mood for serving anyone.
The prices were almost double what was advertised on their website.
To be perfectly honest, I could get the same suits in Australia for the same price in pure wool, so it was pointless to pursue having anything done.

I recommend everyone to make a stop at Paul Bespoke. Their fabrics are fine and their designs go from young casual to sober elegant. The attention is perfect and personalized. In my case, Ms. Dang was attentive and kind mannered. She was in contact with me and made sure my suits were doing on time [in my case two suits made in four days].
I’m very happy with the final result and with the friendly service they provided.

Exceptional service, great quality materials. Managed to get an entry level suit and shirt for $290 USD.
Material was very good and service staff Dung, was very friendly, patient, helpful and spoke English well.
Best of all, as a tourist, I appreciate that this was completed in 5 days. In time for my flight. Would 100% recommend.

Usually when a business feels the need to prop up their page with endless 5 star reviews from 'people' who have only 1 review to their name, it tells you enough about them. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention.
keep in mind that this place is twice as expensive as pretty much every other tailor in the area.
I've been here twice. Well, I've had two orders with them for multiple shirts and suits, but I've been there about 20 times because on both occasions they just couldn't get it right.
Writing out all the things that they got wrong would literally take an hour, but can be summed up with shirts that just don't fit; sleeves too short, then sleeves too long, then cuffs too tight, then too loose, collar too high making it seem like I have no neck, then collar too tight, then too big, then it fit but the fabric around it had a strange ripple that made them unwearable. Suit trousers too wide, then too tight, then too tight again, and then still too tight (note that this is an hour of my time and travel back and forth to the shop every few days). Suit buttons too high, then too low. Jacket cutting in my neck, having strange creases in places they shouldn't be.
There seem to be no systems in place for anything. Nothing gets properly measured or written down and going for fittings is like playing the lottery.
It ended with me asking my deposit back because it was clear they just could not produce anything that was wearable (I gave up on perfect or great a long time ago and would have settled for anything that was just 'ok' as long as it fit. No luck). The message back was that they could give the deposit back but then the sales staff would have to pay for it. Nice, quality business ethics!
I decided to give them one more chance to fix things up, and had the sales staff send pictures of how badly things fitted to their head office, who then apparently realised what I did a long time ago and decided to give me the deposit back.
Avoid this poor excuse for a tailor. They are twice as expensive as anything else around and have literally no idea what they're doing. Wasted almost 4 weeks of my time and still have no suit or shirts.

Was in town for just a week and needed to find good business suits at reasonable prices. Hoi An was overwhelming and I was staying in DN.
PAUL was great. They turned around two suits in 3 days using house fabrics. They could do higher end, indeed just about anything, but time was an issue for me.
They accommodated me with a same day fitting of the skeleton and having them ready a day early. Highly recommend to cost conscious yet stylish travellers.

Recently, myself and several colleagues had some jackets, shirts and suits made here. We chose this place due to the high reviews it had received. The main tailor does not speak English but his lovely female assistants did somewhat. This is a nice store in the middle of Da nang. They provide you with books of material to choose from that have different price ranges. Once you select the fabric, you are measured. You come back for a fitting when the suit or jacket is at the mid-production stage and then come to pick up. Total time for us was about 3 days. You do have to be very clear and specific on what you want. I didn't know that they did the stitching on the outside of the lapels and I wasn't a fan of that but that is what I got on both suits. My colleague wanted that but didn't get it. I think they were confused between us. So review your order clearly with them. Overall, though, I'm happy with it. It is about double the price you would pay in Hoi An, but I think the quality is better, from what I heard.

Some amazing reviews lead me to them over other options in Danang - the reviews are not to be trusted as it turns out . The suit I had made was ill fitting and on attempt to get it fixed I was told I was the wrong shape - that's the point of going to a tailor isn't it? The trousers were too short and they replaced them with a different pair the correct length but a different and cheaper fabric. Denials accompanied even more bizarre explanations. Given they are at least double the price of other tailors in Danang and the quality of choice is poor - I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

HI
I would like to know how long it takes to make a suit & the approximate cost. We shall be visiting in June.
How do I get samples of the fabrics - I am after a blue wool mix fabric - not too heavy.
Regards
