It is such a pity as the location is fantastic and internal ambience is nice. And staff asked for tips in the middle of session! I'd an area myself, and employees was excellent and attentive skills, very specialized. I discovered that the cost was a bit higher compared to another spa, though it is well worth in case you are anticipating a hotel 's standard you certainly know it right here. My clients and I went there in January because we heard they had good service. No, not at all. Their staff were unfriendly especially welcome girls at the front dest. When we arrived, They checked if we were from China because they said they didn’t welcome Chinese tourists for the concern of Corona virus. Right after my clients show them their passports, got in then I saw a couple of Asian tourists at the reception. One of the receptionists asked the man of the couple something in Chinese. I clearly heard it and sure that was Chinese. I asked the girl why she welcomed him with her sweet voice but had asked my clients to show their passports to get the service. She couldn’t give a proper explanation. At that time, my clients had been inside . If I had known it before, I would not have come there.
Then, when we went inside for massage. The service was not good at all. Not at all. And it was noisy, too.
I felt so regretful to bring my clients there.

This is my second time coming here to enjoy the massage and spa service as my family have some vouchers to use. This time, my experience is greater as they do the shoulder and neck massage really well. I have relaxed alot during 120 session. As we bought VIP tickets, we have a combo of 3 meals after massage session. The food is tasty and yummy. Will comeback next summer!

Worse spa I have been to ever and I have been to many. Don’t waste your money here. We only went as it was recommended by the hotel and we did not do our research thinking it should be ok. The experience is terrible from the moment you arrive. Reception was poor, we waited a really long time to be shown to our room. Every massage comes with a herbal bath soak which is unique to Cham spa and there is a lady that comes in to give you a body scrub. The scrub gloves she used looked and smelled like a hundred years old!!! It was disgusting!
The masseuse was too noisy and moving about the bed, bumping into me so could not relax and they were of course chatting away. There are a lot of gimmicks so the real massage time is really only an hour for 2 hours and they cut short on time too with all the waiting around, transfers and finishing early.
The best is yet to come. Once you are done, they are waiting outside the room with their hands out for tips. When we ignored them, they chased after us asking for tips and our names. Very aggressive. And no one shows you the way out or asks if your massage was ok.
The worse I have experienced. I have been to some bad ones in a Thailand but this trumps it! Don’t waste your time and money at Cham spa! There are much better spas in Da Nang - Herbal spa and Ville de spa are both good. We have provided feedback to our hotel not to recommend Cham!

The staff here are wonderful. Every last one of them! They make you feel welcome, be nice and easy and no clock watching here, not be rushing, are very responsive to polite requests for more or less pressure at any time during the massage.
Do yourself a favor and give this wonderful spa a try. You will not regret it. Cheers!

After searching for a spa and massage in Da Nang, I found this place. Beautiful place of healing and retreat! Owner and staff went above and beyond to accommodate a much needed treatment.
I am giving this place 5 stars not because it is a super luxurious spa in some pretentious setting. I am giving it because accessibility, cleanliness, friendliness, and the great people that run this business.

Visited this spa with my husband. It's our last day here in Vietnam so we wanted a relaxing massage as well as a good amount of pressure before our flight.
Had Herbal Tea bath, Himalayan salt room, steam room, and full body massage!
such a fantastic experience. Spa very clean & owner & staff are lovely.

Booked 90 mins each for four (ladies) and got stuck in the noisiest spot in the spa. I couldn’t believe my eyes and ears when the workers were constantly opening and closing the door to my massage room... no f%##ing privacy!!! When I asked my massage therapist, she told me the girls needed to get towels for their other services... Are you f%##ing kidding me?!!! I'm half naked here!!! That happened to my sisters in the other rooms too! Then when we complained to the manager, she was useless!! No authority to handle situation like this. Then don't call yourself a manager!!! Waited for two hours and the big boss showed up and she couldn't get it resolved any quicker! We didn't ask for a full refund but partial so no one will have to experience what we went through. The amount converted to Vietnam Dong was trivial, but the lesson learned for them would be when a client booked a massage, he/ she is looking for peace and quiet!!! Not too much to ask people!!!
In summary, this place looks nice from the outside from that's ALL it was. Just a shell with bad management and a bunch of people running around with no order and on top of it all they love to argue with the customers - even though the camera placed outside the room showed that in fact that I was right. Unbelievable bad experience. I'm more tense leaving then when I walked in!!! Would not come back and would not recommend to anyone!!

This was the worse massage I had in this country. I felt rushed and pushed through. The masseuse was all over the place. And I felt it was a cheap massage for the price I paid. Which was 400k dong. I will not be returning to this place again.

The mouse was a issue, but it was not the worst.
I had called a manager or somebody able to help me, the boy with tattoos of the reception desk thought funny to present me a simple employee claiming to be the manager of the Spa ! The joke was too much !
At first, I watched the employee who ate her meal during my bath and she watched me in my bath ! I waited after 10 min in the massage room after somebody noticed me, after 10 min of massage I saw a mouse ! Finally after my boyfriend had finished they request a tips ! Tips are not something you're asking for but you're running after !
But the employee who thought funny that I was an idiot was a big mistake !!!!!!!!!
He was the perfect dumb of Danang ! The best thing he did after I screamed with anger in the Spa because he wanted to make fun of me, he just run away from the Spa.
This place is just good enough for local custormers, for western traveler I do not recommend to come here, it was not the quiest, clean and privacy place ever of all danang.

Totally a tourist trap..
First, it do not have a private changing room for the ladies, you only can change at the locker, door even did not close! Next the nightmare was started, you can see the men guest walk through in front of you when you only have a towel on your body!!! After the sauna, steam room, the staff take us to the public spa room, I have informed the reception we need a private room thousand time, they say yes at the beginning, but at the end they still take us to the public room, ok fine, the room have a CCTV!!!!!!! And it was ON!!!!!!! What is this?
