The Museum of Cham Sculpture is a very modern facility displaying Hindu stone sculpture from the Hindu Cham people that settled in Vietnam as far back as the 2nd century. Some are remarkably well preserved and show incredible detail. Multiple floors, budget at least an...More

I can't think of any better museum in Danang than this one. Visited it twice in the last 8 months and the second time (last Jan), it was clearly improved. All subjects were arranged in better order and lots of interesting information. They even had...More

First of all, if you've been to Angkor National Museum in Siem Reap, this one pales in comparison. Assuming you haven't (as my review here does), this museum is a good way to familiarize yourself with one of the ancient cultures of Viet Nam and...More

If you have an hour or two to kill, sure. It has some nice sculptures and photographs, but not a must visit site. Its location is just across the street from the Dragon Bridge.

This museum displays wonderful pieces of Champa sculpture from various materials of terra-cotta, sandstone and bronze. Three religions: Hindi, Buddhist and Cham traditions depict animals, deities and fertility symbols. There is a great exhibition of photography in one of the galleries that reflect the culture...More

First time visit this kind of museum, i guess the Cham is very similar with the Ankokwat culture. Hundreds of beautiful sculptures worth spending an afternoon with 60,000 vnd for the ticket. No bad for a windy day.

The souvenir shop seemed pretty good and the replica statues seemed to be good quality. I must admit to not looking that closely but it had good selection.
