As a South African, there are numerous hoops to jump through in order to travel places. Vietnam is one of them. South Africans need a specific letter to enter Vietnam. Indochina tours helped to get this letter. They were very responsive and sorted me out in 3-5 business days. I had the letter with me and I was allowed entry into Vietnam.

Thank you IndoChina Tours for great service.

We have seen the villages,We met so many local people and even got invited into a local wedding reception! Our guide in the Village spoke the best English of any guide and we got to experience life in a small farming village.Excellent tour.

The whole experience of Bana Hills was great. There was so much to see and do and thankfully the weather also held up. This particular package included a transfer for which the driver was very prompt. The entry ticket which you pay for provides you with entry to the park, use of the cable cart and also a buffet lunch. The buffet lunch was absoloutly awful in our opinion and only last 10mins in there as it was very dirty so opted to buy our own food outside of the buffet restaurant.

The cable car trip and the Ferris Wheel makes the ticket worth while. People watching is the next most 3ntertaining thing to do.

We booked this trip online in Hoi An Vietnam thru the Tripadvisor app. Very smooth process. The driver came and picked us up from our resort and drove us to the Ba Na Hills.
Once there he guided us thru the maze of to make sure we got to where we needed to be. Not overly clear and there are a lot of people there.
He did a great job and I don't think he was supposed to come in as far as he did, but we appreciated the help.
Up the cable car, it was cloudy so view was limited, but it's very quiet. At the top we went to the Village and had a look around. It's a bit surreal - hence the heading of this review. It's a bit Disney.
Had the included lunch at about 11 am cos we were hungry and the dining room was very large and filled quickly. Lots of food to choose from - limited western menu. No coffee.
Rode the other cable car and then down the hill. Slightly clearer and still very quiet. At the bottom we found our driver and we chatted as best we could on the way home. Our native languages a little foreign to each other, but to convey the general idea.

Good day. Oh I've forgotten the Golden Bridge - it is a bit forgettable. Nice and all that but crowded with people taking selfies.

No matter how much or how little you want to see or do, it is well worth the effort and is a great day out. It gets crowded in places, but that is Asia and we didn't find it too hard to manage, just be prepared to take your time. You are on holidays !

We were collected from our hotel on time and travelled to Ba Nah Hills. It was an amazing experience with the views Just breathtaking. It was a little misty travelling up in the cable car but cleared for the trip down the mountain. Once at the top there is so much to see.

My wife and me were to sapa, as part of our honeymoon, firsts days of September. We were not looking for a extend trekking day. Some nice and involved with the place and culture. Cher was a fantastic guide explaining the growing rice process, the culture and about the communities living in the area. You can see the rice fields and also how they do traditional dance, crafting fabric or baskets and the way they live at the villages. Great contact with nature and trekking exercise in an unique place. They pic up you at the hotel (in sapa). Recomendable to use trekking shoes or confortable wellies as the terrain is wet, muddy and little craggy sometimes. At the time was raining a little so raincoat was good idea. Even they give you water is highly recommended to get some extra, also is good idea to bring snacks.

Our guide, Jack, arrived at our hotel on time with our bikes. We were not given a run through of how to use the bikes gears or any road safety instructions etc. so the start was a little unnerving. However we soon got the hang of it and had a beautiful flat ride through paddy fields to a little village.
We were shown around a fishing museum and market where we sampled a hot sweet tofu drink which was an experience!
We then had a slightly hilly ride to a tomb in the country side which was a very ornate ceramic covered tomb with amazing views.
We then took another slightly hilly ride back to the city to visit the Citadel and Imperial City. We were taken around the city by our guide who was very knowledgeable and really made us interested in the history.
We then took a flat ride to lunch in a traditional style restaurant with a set menu of traditional food which was really good.
The last ride after lunch was a flat ride to a pagoda where we had a really interesting introduction to Buddhist traditions.
We then took a short dragon boat ride back to town which had no commentary but was a nice way to get back to the hotel with tired legs!
We had an excellent day and Jack was fantastic, he gave us enough information without being boring with excellent English and left us to look around and go at our own pace.
