Well the bus was late even after officially changing the time of the departure. The bus driver was naive too. He did not drive professionally. Rest the route and the drive from hoi an to hue was good.

Good bus, left earlier than expected. However the conductor left me 12km from hoi an (my destination) and made me go with a taxi I had to pay myself, ehen the office told me that a pick up was expecting me in an other city.

Easy to communicate with the company, they are very quick to answer via WhatsApp.
They have plural vans, even if they only advertise about the best ones. So you might be a little disappointed upon getting in the van.
Overall the van is comfortable.
They were very nice and helpful in the Hoi An office, where they helped us call a taxi when GrabApp failed to provide one.

We were very anxious getting aboard this bus after reading many horror reviews about other companies and their drivers driving like maniacs. This bus was equipped with very comfortable beds, allowing me to just about lie down fully (6foot); equipped with USB C-A ports and cabin lights inside the bed.
From the cleanliness of the bus and the fact it had USB-C ports you could tell it was fairly new! AC was powerful but you can switch that off, after getting sleeper trains prior, this was much more comfortable, albeit if you do get travel sickness it will be miserable let it be known. You feel every twist and turn, but strap the seatbelt tight and good to go.
Staff also very helpful on this BUS, and it had a toilet onboard so no need to worry about holding it in for stops (which we were most worried about).
8:30PM - 7AM [Hoi An > Da Lat Bus] VIP SLEEPER.

The immediate and continuous attention through WhatsApp in English was very efficient and valuable in a city like Saigon, complex with transportation. Although the bus I had booked for the same day was no longer available, they went out of their way to find an alternative, last-minute transportation service for me and refunded me the difference in money. They were very patient with my questions and even with a wrong claim I made confusing Vietnam Travel Bus with another transport company :)

The trip from Ho Chi Min is 18 hours and yet it felt much shorter. The bus is super comfortable, the driver drives very comfortably as well. The space and privacy are great but best of all is the staff. Wonderful people! We were late because of the traffic and they coordinated with the tax driver to meet the bus on the way so we would not miss the bus. They are the best and I highly recommend them! Truly wonderful experience! :)

I booked with travel bus a bus from Ninh Binh to Hoi An. The service was amazing. They organised a driver to pick us up and drop us off at our accommodation. The bus was very spacious and comfortable. Communication was great, they always responded straight away and even kept in touch to provide assistance with booking tours in Hoi An. Overall, was a great experience would definitely book with them again.

I did the Thakhek, loas to danang, Vietnam trip. Never have I had better support by the staff, about when and where to go, even though the bus was delayed. Big thanks to Phượng for solving everything for us. The bus was the only option from Lao to vitnqm from thakhek, and it was okay

Unprofessional and "fishy" booking experience.
I booked a bus from Ho Chi Minh to Da Nang for 35$ which was the price shown on their webpage.
After the booking and the payement was done I got contacted via WhatsApp and was told that they had some problems with their system updating the prices and that I have to pay 25$ on top to get my ticket confirmed.
No offer for a refund so I was forced to pay the additional 25$ not to loose the initial 35$ I already had payed. I started the whole process of trying to find a solution to this with their WhatsApp chat support at 21.20pm without beiing able to do so ( I paid the 35$ with my credit card and they wanted me to use paypal for the 25$ but I don't use paypal so I offered to pay cash to the operator at the station directly)...after that at about 22.05pm ths whatsapp support didn't answer anymore (office time ended at 22pm) leaving the problem unsolved.
Showing a lower price first and then charging almost double is unprofessional and a no-go for my future booking decicions (it's not my fault that their system "can't show the for whatever reason (in this case: tet-holiday) increased price) and the "support" attitude was the worst I have experienced so far in Vietnam.
Let's see if I get my 35$ refunded or I have to ask for a a chargeback from my bank.

The bus has nice seats except the front row, which is a single long seat that can seat 3 people. I was given the front seat and it turns out that's because the seating arrangements are done in the order of booking. But I still had to pay full price, and nothing on the website told me that I would be given the front seat because if I had known, I would have booked a different bus.
If things ended there, I would not have been this upset. Along the way, the driver picks up one of his friends from a random street (not from a normal bus pickup spot) and his friend sits inbetween the driver and me. His friend reeked of cigarette smoke and was overweight so the three of us were squished for the whole ride. I was really hoping to take a nap on the bus but ultimately wasn't able to, because of this seating arrangement.
I complained to their customer service but they sent me a generic computer-generated response and that was it. They are lucky they operate in Vietnam because where I'm from (the US), they would go out of business pretty quickly with this level of customer service.
We also ended up being 45 minutes late than our scheduled arrival even though we left exactly on time. We didn't run into any traffic, so my guess is that that's how long we went out of our way to pick up and drop off his friend.
