Firstly, on behalf of our company, I’d like to say thank you as you spend time to writing review for Danang Transfer.
However, your feedback about our company's service is absolutely not correct for the following reasons:
1. Your review : "Poor experience. I was extremely disappointed when I met our driver and found out he spoke zero English (he tried to use Google translate)".
===> Our driver can totally understand your simple questions and request.I just want to remind you again that our drivers can speak Basic English communication or better. They have vast experience in dealing with foreigners, they can explain about attractions and help you get the most out of your trip. But they are not tour guides so they have limitation. So we are always online to support our customers 24/7 on the trip. I have remind with you many times about this before you book the service with us.
==> The drivers are always drivers not a tour guide. If the drivers can be as good as a tour guide. They should be a tour guide with much higher salary and much less tired job. Besides English ability, the most important element of a driver is focusing on driving and being responsibility for the safety of the travellers. All of our drivers are tested carefully before recruited. Mr Binh, your dirver, is one of our experienced driver. He most to the time could understand customers' requests and fulfilled theire satisfaction. He also got 5 stars reviews on Tripadvisors.
You request an English speaking driver, yes we can but always : He is not a tour guide. You can absolutely hire a tour guide with your trip, and I'm sure he speaks English much better than our driver. People usually say " you get what you pay for ..."
2.Your review: "Also, I was told that we would be picked up in a minivan as there were 5 in our group and we needed to transport 5 full sized luggage bags. But we were provided an SUV which barely fit us 5 and our bags. This resulted in a very uncomfortable ride from Danang airport to Hue"
==> In your booking email, I had inform 5 times to you that we will give you a minivan (even Toyota Fortuner 2018) for your group of 5 guests and you agreed to that. And you know, the Minivan will be cheaper than Van. Even, i informed you 2 prices and you had chose the minivan.
If I know your group has a lot of luggage, I have made you choose a larger van, refusing to use minivans for your journey.
In this case, what do you think while you chose it but you blamed us. People usually say " you get what you pay for ...".
And when you notify me that the car is not suitable, I changed it for you the next day and of course, there will be cost extra.
3.Your review: He kept trying to get us to eat in Danang (maybe he gets a kickback from the restaurants there?) and claimed that Hue was a small city and that there wouldn’t be much to eat there (not even close to being true). After we declined, he still persisted and midway through the drive he drove off the main road to a dirt road and tried to get us to stop and eat again. I share this so that other travelers are aware that this company’s drivers may not have your best interests in mind. Towards the end of the drive he started blasting EDM music.
==> This may seem dishonest, First, you said my driver didn't speak English with you, and then you inform here that he told you "claimed that Hue was a small city and that there wouldn’t be much to eat there (not even close to being true)". The schedule you have booked with us, on the first day will be: pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel in Hue. so if he take you to any restaurant in Danang before departure to Hue, This is not on the schedule you and me negotiated. We have GPS in the car to check, and in fact he only picks you up from Danang airport to Hue on the main road, Highway 1A and don't stop along the way, not to a dirt road. I am sure there is not any dirt road in Danang (near the airport, the center of Danang .. ==>You were dishonest
===> We don't blame the customers for anything. Customers are our precious friend who spend money to put faith in our service even if you were dishonest . We just want to explain with you that I hope that you will understand our efforts and do not condone the efforts of the entire Danang Transfer Team.
To conclude, you know, we have been working very hard 'day and night' as a team to earn a very high rating on TripAdvisor for the last few years, of course the reviews were submitted by our clients who have used our service at all. Finally, did you ever feel guilty for what you have done to us by giving us a very negative review which was made from your dishonesty. If you were us, would you upset and feel unfair?
I hope you will remove this review cause the quality of the our company's service is absolutely not worth a 1-star review
