About Hoi An Motorbike Tour Adventures
My name is Phu. I live in Hoi An, but I come from a small village near the border to Laos. I became a motorbike tour guide (easy rider) three years ago. I just love my job and I love showing people the real Vietnam by motorbike. So, what do I consider the real Vietnam? Countryroads, small villages with minority people, the Ho Chi Minh Trail, waterfalls, cities in the central highlands, and coffe

I had a one on one motorbike tour today going from Hoi An to Hue and it was excellent. I originally was only looking for a way of transportation to Hue so this was amazing. We stopped at so many places and I learned so much about Vietnamese culture that I didn’t know before and I’m Vietnamese. The ride was so smooth and relaxing passing by beautiful scenery. I can’t thank you enough I had a great day! For booking it was extremely easy to do it through Facebook messenger if you’re from outside Vietnam. On the website I noticed a little circle messenger icon and booked through that way. He replied instantly.

Me and my girlfriend had a great day with Tony, one of Mr Phu's guides. Booking by email was easy and Tony turned up at our hotel with two good bikes and helmets ready to go. Have done a fair bit of riding in SE Asia but following a guide made it so much easier and more enjoyable. The Hai Van Pass was fantastic even if it was cloudy at the top. Definitely take swimming stuff with you as the "waterfall" has a great set of pools for swimming.

We had a great day with Phu. He was punctual, organised, friendly, knowledgeable and very charismatic. We travelled from Hoi An to Hue and felt safe at all times thanks to Phu and his colleague's excellent driving. The sights were fantastic - we stopped at so many different places and really felt like we got to see Viet Nam off the beaten track. Phu taught us loads about life in the small villages that we passed through including oyster farming, prawn farming and mushroom growing. The food for lunch was absolutely delicious and we had a great coffee later on in the afternoon too. The scenery was consistently incredible. What a great way to travel - we would highly recommend.

What a wonderful way to see Denang and the surrounding area! My girlfriend found this tour and after a lot of deliberation (mainly by me - not the most trusting of riding on the back of a motorbike having never done it before), I can honestly say it was one if the best days we’ve had in our trip so far! Phu was amazing. So friendly, so wizened and accommodating from booking right through to taking us back to our Hoi An hotel. We saw local culture in a number of different villages off the beaten track, with a trip to an 11th century temple, and meandering through the countryside all the way up to the Ba Na Hills. No muggy, scary main roads! Both Phu and his colleague (the second driver) were safe and the fact that they had motorbikes over mopeds meant we could tackle more difficult terrain and busy roads easily and safely. We stopped for authentic Vietnamese coffee, food (with a beer of course) and continued from Ba Na Hills to Monkey and Marble Mountain via Denangs Dragon Bridge and a great stint along the coastal roads. I can’t recommend this highly enough - well worth the money if you really want something different with a couple of really lovely and smart guides.

My girlfriend and I spend 2 days, 1 night with Phu. We travelled from Hue to Hoi An via the Hai van pass, central highlands and Ho Chi Minh trail. The trip was incredible from start to finish! Phu collected us from our hotel in Hue and even offered to transfer our cases to the end location (wasn’t needed in the end). The trip itself was unforgettable. We rode through breath taking scenery, stopped at minority villages, met and spoke with locals, ate at authentic local restaurants, climbed high into the mountains, and stopped frequently to learn about everything we were seeing. Phu was a fantastic rider, extremely safe and very knowledgable. The bikes were great, comfortable and big enough to store our cases. This was by far the highlight of our trip. An amazing way to see the real Vietnam. Highly recommend this experience. Phu was a great rider, guide and very good fun to have a beer with at the end of a long days ride!
