This cooking course was amazing! Before you even get to the cooking part you are walked through the market to be shown all of the fresh ingredients you will be using throughout the day, then a river boat for about 30 minutes and then a quick ride in a little circle bamboo boat which was really fun, then you’re taken by buffalo cart just up the road where you reach the cooking school. You’re then treated to a welcome drink and foot massage which was lovely. We made 4 dishes in total; spring rolls, mango & shrimp salad, chicken curry & pho. It all tasted incredible and the whole day was so fun, all of the staff were so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone!

My wife and I had a really fun day on this cooking tour. It involves more that just cooking, it also included a trip to the market, boat rides, etc. Most of the prep work was done for the cooking segment, allowing us to concentrate on how to combine the ingredients for the right flavours. Recommended.

We spent a lovely morning with an Estonian couple so just 4 in the cooking group!!! Candy was our chef and we had a great tour of the Central market to see key Vietnamese ingredients. We then go by boat, bamboo boat and water buffalo to the cooking school. Cooking 4 courses and meeting Quy the head chef was a treat. To top things off as it is my birthday they got me a cake also. Beautiful people and get out and see the real Vietnam.
