Mo is very kind woman and can very good explain and show how to cook traditional food. Adventure starts at the market where you will recognize many new herbs, fruit and vegetable. Then You get by motorboat to the Island to the Mo’s place. During cooking you will try almost everything and get known many other information from local living. Many Thanks Mo!

We were picked up promptly on time and driven to the local market. Our stroll tnrough the market buying our ingredients was a great time on its own. It was wonderful to learn all about all the local produce and meats. Nice to learn that ingredients we bought are locally sourced. The boat ride out to Mo's tranquil school was relaxing. Beautiful countryside to learn in. Much nicer than in a crowded restaurant in town. The class was very interesting and informative. Our only suggestion is to come hungry as after eating everything we made we were so full by the end of the class!

I Loved the cooking class. Learned so much. I could do it over and over again. Chef Mo taught me her secret bun cha recipe and it tastes amazing. I was really happy with the class. I encourage people to do it with chef Mo.
Thanks Mo :) :) :)

Fantastic hands on cookery class which is very good value. Loved the market trip to but food. Mo shares so much knowledge with us and her English was outstanding. After shopping took a boat to Mo’s beautiful house. Cooked 4 dishes and finished off with fruit. Great service with pick up and drop off at hotel. Highly recommend.

Mo has personality, a great smile, and a wonderful informal and educational cooking program. Group sizes are small and she includes a market trip and boat ride. A great way to spend the day in Hoi an .

We really enjoyed Mo’s cooking adventure, from the local market tour full of wonderful tips and anecdotes to the actual cooking class. It’s the tastiest meal we’ve had Vietnam so far, with incredibly fresh and flavorful ingredients. Mo is knowledgeable, funny and welcoming. Great experience overall!

We are three very satisfied girls!!We had the best day with Mo! First we went to the local marked after deciding together what to eat! We got a lot of great tips and tasted some different things while shopping for the food.
Then we went to her island, where we first met her family and then we started cooking the most delicious meals!
All in all we had the best experience and can fully recommend this ❤️

I had such a wonderful day with Mo! She took us to the market to buy the food we needed for class and explained the ins and outs of the produce, fish and meat and how things work. Then we took a local boat to her island. Her cooking space is on her property, basically in feront of her house and it's peaceful and relaxing. We made authentic dishes her way and I loved them all. The grilled fish was my favorite. I know there are a lot of cooking classes to choose from, but Mo's was a bit different. She loves cooking and teaching and somehow she makes an informative, productive class calm and relaxing. The other people taking the class were great too, we had an awesome day. Thank you, Mo!

“It’s very good!” My 9-year-old daughter kept saying it during the whole class. We loved everything! Even though most part of the market was closed due to the holidays, we had a chance to buy some herbs with Mo. Her explanation was very interesting and helpful. The boat ride to Mo’s kitchen was nice, and the welcome drink was delicious. Every step if of making dishes was well organized and explained. Our family and a couple from the States could enjoy our own relaxing class with no hurry. The food was GREAT! The Bahn Xeo and the pho especially were the best I have ever had. Loved Mo’s warm hospitality, passion for Vietnamese food and professional yet kind explanation. My daughter made her dishes by herself thanks to Mo. Will definitely revisit her kitchen when we come to Hoi An. Thank you for the amazing experience, Mo. Happy and prosperous new year to you and your family!

My husband and I enjoyed the market experience, boat ride and cooking class. Mo is knowledgeable and friendly and the whole adventure was extremely well organised. We had a great time and can highly recommend this tour. This is much more than a cooking class!
