Mo is very kind woman and can very good explain and show how to cook traditional food. Adventure starts at the market where you will recognize many new herbs, fruit and vegetable. Then You get by motorboat to the Island to the Mo’s place. During cooking you will try almost everything and get known many other information from local living. Many Thanks Mo!

We were picked up promptly on time and driven to the local market. Our stroll tnrough the market buying our ingredients was a great time on its own. It was wonderful to learn all about all the local produce and meats. Nice to learn that ingredients we bought are locally sourced. The boat ride out to Mo's tranquil school was relaxing. Beautiful countryside to learn in. Much nicer than in a crowded restaurant in town. The class was very interesting and informative. Our only suggestion is to come hungry as after eating everything we made we were so full by the end of the class!

Fantastic hands on cookery class which is very good value. Loved the market trip to but food. Mo shares so much knowledge with us and her English was outstanding. After shopping took a boat to Mo’s beautiful house. Cooked 4 dishes and finished off with fruit. Great service with pick up and drop off at hotel. Highly recommend.

Mo has personality, a great smile, and a wonderful informal and educational cooking program. Group sizes are small and she includes a market trip and boat ride. A great way to spend the day in Hoi an .
