Tour guide Lee gave good explanation of the different ingredients during market tour. After buying ingredients in market, we went to take coconut boat and catch small crab. For cooking class, there are total of 4 dishes and it was a good experience. Very good tour would recommend.

Hip was really lovely and we really enjoyed making and eating the four Vietnamese dishes! Learning about Vietnamese cuisine and going to the market to buy the food beforehand was great!

Our family (wife, 17 year old teenager and I) had a good and fun time learning how to cook Vietnamese dishes We booked out your through Klook. The school offered hotel pick up (8.10 am) in a private car. We first went to the local market to buy some vegetables and learnt about the ingredients used in Vietnamese cooking. Next we went for a bamboo boat ride; and watched the local people superbly paddled their boats. This was followed by catching mini crabs which were hiding by the submerged bamboo outcrop. (We released the crabs later on, as they were way too small to be eaten) For the cooking lessons, we cooked Pho noodles, Vietnamese summer rolls, Vietnamese pancakes, and fried noodles Our guide and chef / teacher Qui is very knowledgeable in Vietnamese cooking and very patient with us when we were lost following her instructions!
