to hang lanterns outside their shops.  At night the soft glow of these lanterns reflected in the

between the fifteenth and nineteenth century.  It is now a UNESCO heritage site.  It is also

We are the couple come from Hongkong, we booked a tour through a tour office at hoi an, and was intruduced to be served by tour guide with nick name Mr Turtle. But he showed up no more than an improfessional attitude, on the way making the tour he just telling joke stories (But there is no funny for me) about racism and dishonoring chinese people, chinese language, culture... At the beginning of the tour we were misunderstood that chinese people by mr turtle, so that he didn't speak any english words (later when having luch with us - look at the picture - he appologized that because he thought we cant speak english) It's unfair for us and an pestimistic from him, even we also don't really like chinese government but we don't hate chinese people and culture. Of course we are the part of chinese culture, dishonoring chinese mean he is looking down our language, culture, history. As a Hongkonger who speaking chinese, this is unacceptable attitude for me about this racist tour guide. A tour which must be happy now is ruined by that people!

That's a very tired and disappoint tour that we never forget in our life, we and my wife feel very angry about company and tour guide turtle (picture below), i dont know how to start it, so i will explain this terrible experience tour by followings notes: - Picking up: We were informed that the van will pick us up at about 7:30, we waited from 7:00 to 8:00 am but there is no replying, just till 8:30 we saw a small van arrived picking up, but the size is too small and we were putted at the back, it's unfair that we booked for front of seats and for the couple, but i was seprated from my wife. Tour guide Turtle did'nt say sorry about late picking, he bonus us more wrong seats. That's just begin... - Tour office gave us information in previous days that tour price is 550.000 vnd for each person (We've already purchased). And ticket is not included (750.000/ 1 person) but we also paid it, when tour's started mr turtle said we didn't pay for ticket then he charged us. We disagree and want to call back to company or cancel, but he convinced us that just pay first then after coming back in the case we proved already paid tour office they can refund. Because dont want waste more time, we charge him 1 more time then lack of money to by souvenirs - The tour guide's english was very bad, he even couldn't explain any information by the simpliest way, his accent is even worser than a japanse like me. He is lazy in answer questions of customer. Just force us to check in at bana hill then giving appointment time, then let us go freely uncontrolled. So that i got no acknowledge from this tour - The coming back time is must 5pm by the schedule, but mr turtle losing some people by his uncareness, so that we must wait under the heavy rain for him running and chase the lost persons then when the last tourist was founded. It's already 4:40 pm. It's very late and we were late the dinner with friend at hoian Finally when coming back, it's already 7:00 pm, i feel angry and tend to go directly to the booking office to ask for refunding. But my wife is tired, she got sick and headache by the rain so that i must bring her back, the refunding plan was delay till the next day. I ask mr turtle must go with us to the office to refund and he agreed. But the next day when i calling he blocked my phone number. I cound't contact to him then went to tour office lonely then they said that they will refuse refund if without the appearance of mr turtle. We very angry and hope to ask for justice, so that we post this post for people knowing and avoid as far as possible from this company. And about tour guide, he will get the worth punishment of law and tourism community!

We have fnished tour in hoe city and hanoi. So that we decided booking 1 another tour in this company. But the tour guide adams display a very unfriendly attitude by charging us 3% more of total amount in entrance ticket. He always lost direction and bring group walking alout, 2x, 3x longer than the actour distance to sites. Our group very tired and when we want ask for pay back money. The tour director disagree that mr adams is their tour guide company and refuse to pay back! Total price of tour is almost 1000 usd we have to pay for 15 people in group and we wasted all of it. SO BAD!!!
