We booked a tour to My Song and Tra Que Village directly with our Hotel. I wonder why there are not more reviews around for this travel agency, because they were really doing well. Very flexible in tour organization, friendly and knowledgeable guide (very good English skills as well) and a nice driver who drove us around.
All in all a very good experience and a clear recommendation!

I booked a surprise romantic candle lit dinner cruise for my partner as a surprise for our anniversary and was pleasantly surprised.
We were picked up on time by an old American army jeep by 2 very friendly smiley guides. We were taken to our own private typical timber Vietnamese boat which was fully kitted out with double bed and hot tube bathroom. They pick you up esh so you don't miss out on the amazing sun set experience. What more can you ask for - service with a snails, wine on ice, sunset, front seat, candles and divine food especially the hotpot fish dish.
After dinner we were taken in a small rowing boat into the old town river way to experience the sights and noises of the busy streets/bars/restaurants and pretty night lights, whilst our guide busily lit almost 50 floating candles for us to float and make wishes. Cute, delightful & highly recommended.

Dear Mrs Sophiang, Thank you so much for your feedback. We are very happy that you had a memorable anniversary. More than anything, your satisfaction is our biggest purpose. This 3 hour sunset cruise is the perfect, “romantic’ setting to enjoy over some classic Vietnamese food. 50 floating candles surrounding your boat in the heart of the old town is a memory people have told will last a lifetime. We are so happy you got to experience this and enjoyed. Thank you again for your feedback. Regards,

We booked this tour for our 3 year anniversary , right from the very start I had friendly helpful communication via email with Mr VU.
We requested white instead of red wine as my partner does not enjoy red wine and they were very accommodating .
On the day of the tour it was raining quite steadily and we were offered the option to do something different but we decided to take the Jeep transfer and go on the boat because a bit of rain never hurt anyone ! We are so glad we decided to stick with the boat option , As mentioned by our guide we would not have the full sunset experience as outlined in the tour itinerary as it was still overcast and raining slightly but we did not care we have seen plenty of sunsets but had never been on a river cruise in HoiAn before .
Once we arrived at the boat we found it to be fabulously welcoming - the boat is protected from the weather so everything was dry and comfortable . We were given excellent service (I can’t recall the lovely lady’s name) and the food was delicious , we could not eat it all - sadly .
Amenities on the boat were also very good .
The cruise gives you a different view into Vietnamese life .
The rain basically stopped and we were able to set our lanterns out on to the river after dinner so much fun and the crew took photos for us .
Even with the bad weather - which no one can control - this was an absolutely wonderful experience and would highly recommended it to all . Thanks again so much to Mr VU and the team at Rose travel HoiAn

After 2 days enjoying the beaches and sight seeing Hoi An town, myself and my partner decided last minute that we would like to see some of the countryside. We booked a late tour with Rose Travel services for the next day and they were very easy to deal with and accommodating.
At exactly 0830 the following day we were met outside our hotel by our tour guide and driver and an awesome old American Military Jeep which still looked so genuine.
Our guide, Khoi, was friendly and enthusiastic and spoke very good English.
We set off in our Jeep towards a village who make Fish sauce and we're taught how it's made. Very interesting to see normal day to day life!
We then went to anther village on the river where the water coconuts grow - we were shown a small round boat that the locals use to get to their fishing boats - we were told we would be going for a ride in one, sceptical, yes! I needn't have been - it was great fun! Again, Khoi made us feel comfortable and confident and the woman who paddled us around had the strength of 1000 men! She sang songs with us and made us gifts from leaves as well as a fishing rod for a spot of crab fishing!

After some fruit provided by Khoi, we the headed to a farm that is set up for tourists to help the farmers dig and plant and get a cooking class!
The whole thing was great fun and we were shown around by a lovely girl with a great sense of humour! We got to paddle a water wheel, dig, plant and water some vegetables and then we learnt to cook some local cuisine - so much fun! We were flipping pancakes and making spring rolls all of which we got to eat after!

We ended the day visiting a final village who specialised in pottery - and got to see some of the stunning pieces of art they had made!

All in all it was a great day with an excellent guide and I would highly recommend it if you would like to get out into the Countryside and do something different!

We spent the day touring about in an American jeep with Phong our driver and Nguyen Thi Hong Thuy our guide. Phong made the journey enjoyable, comfortable and safe. Nguyen was knowledgeable, polite and funny. Her English was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and would gladly recommend it, our driver and guide to anybody.

Call me biased, but we are currently staying at Hoi An Chic Hotel and my my husband arranged a tour for us at the front desk yesterday. I didn't realize it at the time, but apparently the owner of Hoi An Chic Hotel is also the owner of Rose Travel who did our day tour. They did a fantastic job with A class facilities! The hotel is wonderful (another review I'll be writing) and their tour service is wonderful too! Our tour started with a drive out to My Son Sanctuary. Our tour guide, Vu, was really great, joking, laughing & very knowledgeable about My Son & it's history. As we were touring with 3 young children, the 16 passenger van may have been overkill but was great for us to stretch out for the ride out to the My Son area, it was nicely air conditioned with a very safe/cautious driver & cold bottled water. :) After touring the nearest group of 1000 yr old ruins we saw a short & very well done show at the pavilion near the entrance to My Son. After, we took a short walk back to the van, and headed to a local craftsman's home where we learned how to make rice paper & got to see a handful of pigs, ducks, pigeons & puppies! The woman making the rice paper was so nice to have us in her home and let my kids wreak havoc there. After, we were driven over to another village where pottery was made. We visited the home of one family who taught our 3 kids to make pottery on the manual wheel they used. Each kid got to make & take home their own souvenirs. Next, we were so pleased to board the boat where we saw a table ready set for us, with cold drinks galore (including Hoi An Chic's yummy fresh OJ, beer, soda & water)... and good thing because it was HOT HOT HOT yesterday! We had the most amazing & friendly crew aboard our boat (which was a private decked out slice of paradise) where we were presented a really yummy home cooked meal served by the same waitress we had previously met at the hotel restaurant (so friendly & great with our kids). It is a real family operation, as her mother was also aboard working to make our day so very special. We ate a really lovely meal & enjoyed the gorgeous scenery atop a huge day bed. Had our kids not been jumping on it, we would have definitely taken a nap! A very good tour company, fun, clean, reliable, informative, relaxing & flexible all in one! Thanks for making such great memories for our family possible!!! We will be sure to recommend you to any friends coming this way!

We got picked up by our guide Binh and his driver in a US army Jeep , we went to a food market which had all sorts of cool things unique to Vietnam , had a look at a place where they make really detailed bronze and aluminium artifacts , had a stop at a little shop out in the country to drink Vietnamese coffee and then to My Son ,
Binh really knows he’s stuff when it comes to the history of his country and the culture, all the other tourists were trying to listen in to our private tour to hear his stories of the area , he has been doing it a long time so he knows all the secrets to get the best out of the trip. Binh is really easy going , funny and speaks good English
We stopped for a meal before returning to our hotel around 2 pm , the food was beautiful and if you can finish it all you are doing a lot better then me , so much food
Thank you Binh for the great day

This tour was fantastic. We got picked up on time from our hotel and taken to a few stops before my son. The fruit and vegetable market was interesting and the ladies are lovely, no one pushing you to by anything as you look around and we got some passion fruit to take home. The coffee stop was good before we went to my son, our tour guide Binh explained that doing these stops first allows for most of the tourists to be gone from my son, which was great as we could walk around, take pictures and listen to Binh without being to crowded. Lunch was so delicious after the temple and then we got dropped back to our hotel (full and happy). This tour was enjoyable because we felt relaxed and not rushed, Binh is a great guide with a good sense of humour and has allot of knowledge. Loved it :)

My husband and I have travelled to Vietnam many times, however this time both our families came along a group of 10 of us in total and Rose Travel tailored an 8 day tour for us and made this the most memorable, amazing trip I have ever had.
Our tour guide Mr Hoan was so amazing, he was so humble, professional, has a great sense of humour and had endless knowledge of the places and sites we visited, he was also so patient with us - as getting 10 people coordinated daily was quite a task, he gladly accommodated our last minute changes and requests. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of him, he left such an impression with us that we still speak of him often and reminisce on the unforgettable trip he gave us.
Book a tour with Rose Travel Service and let them show you the amazing beauty that is Vietnam.
Thank you Rose Travel, we will be back to visit xx
