Morning Small group to Marble Mountains - Am Phu Cave - Monkey Mountain

64 reviews
Exploring exotic scenes of Nature and Human

Marble Moutain is well-known as the most beautiful site not only among Vietnamese but also tourists. It carries an amazing value of combination between many mable and limestone caves.

Monkey Mountain should be on religion/culture lovers’ checklist. Many exciting stories of history and culture based on Buddhism have been told when visiting this place. You could also see the giant statue of Laddy Buddha which set a new record in height.

I went here and had a jumpsuit and dress made. I was so pleased with the end product. They was so attentive to everything and ensured everything fit perfectly. Thank you for a great experience.

We were recommended to go to Yaly by our tour guide. We bought 3 bespoke shirts, had a dress mended and bought a bespoke dress too. We tried the items on before finishing touches, and then everything was delivered to our hotel. The shirts were all good quality, however all the buttons on the dress were too large for the buttonholes. Customer care did absolutely nothing, just said to take it to a dressmaker!

We were on a group tour of about 18 people. Our tour leader took us to Yuly Couture as part of our orientation to Hoi An. He highly recommended this place if we were wanting to have closes made. We were only in town for 2 night and got here mid day. Which I didn’t think would be enough time to have anything made but I was wrong. They could have in-depth clothes made within 24 hours. That included the measurements, picking fabric, colour and coming back for 2+ fittings. They also keep your measurements on hand so you can email them at any point and have it made again and shipped to you. The ladies their were awesome to deal with. Very discreet and helpful. Lots of recommendations on what materials would be best. Prices were ok. They started at about $25usd for a basic shirt or knee length dress. Which isn’t too bad. My mother-in-law had a suit made and it was around $100usd.

This place is visited by too many tourists, and as a result, the tailors do not spend enough time with you, especially when one considers how much they charge. I ordered two outfits and both have problems. The first one, a Vietnamese traditional outfit (tunic and pants), ended up being too tight around the waist. When I came home and looked at it closer to see if I could loosen it up a bit, I was shocked to see how badly finished the tunic was. Extra pieces hanging all over the place. You can't see it when I wear it, but finishing matters when you pay this kind of price (for example, a friend who had a traditional outfit made elsewhere paid half the price, and it is better made.) The second outfit is a simple dress that ended up looking only OK because they had made it so much larger than it should have been that taking it in did not completely solve the problem. I wear it around the house, but that's not what I had in mind (again for this price.). I give three stars because I like the fabrics, otherwise I would have given two. I would advise anyone wishing to have something made in Hoi An to find another tailor, one with fewer customers who can pay more attention to your needs (and will probably charge a lot less).

i love this place for it’s professional care. i have 3 different tailors here but yaly for complicated items are very good with details. susan has always looked after me. people’s think it’s expensive but to be honest it isn’t and they don’t take any extra percent when using a credit card like the other shops. the only drawback might be lack of selection of fabrics but i often bring my own found in town which is fine with them👍
