We bought this tour via an agent in Hoi An and I now realise I should have just booked it online like we have successfully done with other tours on this trip. We were told we would have an English speaking guide - he did speak English but was extremely hard to understand and gave us very minimal and basic information about both a place and an ethnic group that has loads of history. The bus was really old, the boat back was ok with a basic lunch, but I wouldn’t recommend booking through this tour company.

Very well organised company with a great English speaking guide, Sing. Only 5 in our group which was organised through hotel reception at Riverside Hotel. We had a fast boat to two seperate snorkelling spots followed by lunch on a private beach with swimming swimming and relaxing. The water clarity and amount of fish and coral are not as good as Nha Trang, but still fun. Great time, recommended.

This the 2nd I've I've done this tour and still amazing. Get off the grid without thousands of tourists amazing guide and driver. But sadly driver using his cell phone checking Facebook while driving was very scared and didn't show respect for passengers safety. The tour is so worth doing

The historical sites of My Son are nice to see and take photos for a couple of hours if you are around Hoi An I would definitely recommend. Do this tour yourself though if you can through form of motorbike there or taxi as you pay the same entrance fee. Got told we would be picked up 7.30-8 actually picked up by 8.20 which the hotel said this is normal time and the tour company told us wrong time. Then late leaving hoi An rounding up customers for the tour. Tour guide was veryyyy lengthy: repeated information continuously and constantly asking us questions about what he had just told us. Like being in school but in 40 degree heat. English was ok same as the rest of the tour guides you see but accent sometimes makes it hard to understand. I feel this tour was dragged out three hours longer than needed. Also was late arriving back to hotel in Hoi An which isn't great when you have people on the bus who have flights on the evening. Do not book this tour!

I have to start by saying that our guid spoke perfect English and did his best to entertain us. We agreed on a 65USD price per person because we expected an exceptional trip. Unfortunately it turned out to be anything but spectacular. For 130USD in total we expected more than just some water and one watermelon on board. The boat was rented from the locals and the fishing equipment was not in the best state. Definitely not worth all the money we spent on it. When we told the tour operators about what we thought and that the 130 USD was way too much money for this half-day trip they were everything but helpful. They even started shouting on the phone. Absolutely no way that they would help us feel better about this trip. They even told us that if we didn't pay all the hotel had to pay the rest. No professional solution that works for both parties. So please! Before going on a trip with this agency please be aware that you might be overcharged for pretty much everything. Definitely not worth all that money!!!!
