Huong looked after us beautifully. We bought a divine quality computer bag which we got specially made.
We are thinking of getting some more sent and sent back home as they would cost about 10x more in Australia.
The quality here is much higher than many of the other stores in Hoi An.
Also the tailor next door is the best in Hoi An.
We will be back!

I had a handbag made from this store in the Sunrise Hotel and was thrilled with the final result. I received excellent service from Lien who was very knowledgeable and provided very helpful advise on my selections. I chose my own straps, size, colour and style and it was made exactly as I wanted. The finish on the edges and stitching was all very good quality. Would highly recommend Lien and this store.

My husband decided to get a custom laptop bag made. We chose a design which they had on their shelf but requested it to be made in a caramel colour leather and they said to come back 24hr later to get it - very impressive turnaround! However when we arrived to pick it up it wasn’t as hoped... wrong colour zips (we asked for chocolate, tan zips put in), missing details like double stitching in places, handles were placed on backwards. The owner of the shop was great to deal with after we pointed out the problems & had the bag completely remade for us to pick up the next day, and we were very pleased with the result! It’s great quality & not too dissimilar to bags you’d pay $350+ for in Aus. Next time I’ll get boots made :-)

We were taken here by our guide. The service was great and also the variety. Many options to choose from or your own design. Had jackets, boots, shoes and bag made. Quality was good and the choice of colours fantastic. I had a problem with boots on return home and they were happy to refund the money. I would definitely shop here again and recommend them.

Visited 09 on the recommendation of our hotel to have two leather jackets made. They had a few samples to try on in the store which was helpful and Tu worked with me to mix and match what style that would work best for me. We paid a deposit and came back the following day for a second fitting. I wasn’t happy with the length of the sleeves and wanted the jacket a little longer which was no problem what so ever. My husband got one made too, he wanted the lining altered which was changed with minimal fuss. There was a wide selection of food quality leather and various books to help you choose from too. The quality of the leather, work made ship was great. Tip. Bring a long sleeved top to stop your body sticking to the leather when you try on the samples.

I originally went to 09 to have a look at leather bags. The bags that I saw were of excellent quality and I quickly decided on a style and type of leather. As I was walking out of the store I noticed their leather jackets. I am an avid motorcycle rider and had not considered purchasing a tailor made leather jacket - that was until I had the fortune of meeting Hong at 09. She showed me which styles of jacket were more suitable for riding, and completely understood the characteristics required for a motorbike jacket i.e. length of arms and room around the shoulders for leaning forward on a bike. I agreed on a style, colour and price and was quickly measured up. Within 24 hours my jacket was ready and it fitted perfectly - no alterations were required. I am so happy with my jacket and will wear it with pride. Hong will keep my measurements for five years, so I anticipate that I will be ordering another one online. Thanks Hong!

I made 3 pairs of leather shoes and one waist pouch. They are all well made and fit perfectly! Like to thank Hong for her service and patience in getting them right and to my needs!

Travelling through Vietnam for two weeks and shopping in hoi an has to be a big high 09 shop looked after me so well . I bought two pairs of shoes couple of belts and a bag for my niece which they enbosted her name, nothing was too much trouble first class wouldn't go anywhere else
