well worth spending a bit more to get the quality products from this store. Service was impeccable - we were measured by the tailors who were doing the actual work. I purchased five shirts, two trousers and a jacket and only needed a slight change to the jacket otherwise all fitted perfectly. They were very patient with my dilemmas over materials and provided good advice,when it wasn't possible with certain material they said so. a wonderful experience - i wish that i had purchased more!!

Ordered shirts for me, a reversible jacket & blouse for the wife. All done in 2 days. Lovely staff especially Yen. Called in to see the girls every time we went passed

Our tour guide showed us this store initially and we returned a bit later to explore further. It has some very, very nice embroidery work being show and many terrific finished products on display as well as making clothes overnight for you.
On of our group of three order a number of articles to be made and the service provided by staff during this process was great. While this facility has many lovely works on display and were really good in the process of making garments (Hoi An's speciality of course) this place's best assets are its staff ... friendly, attentive and not too pushy in the circumstances!!!!

A lovely store with staff spinning silk from the silk worms kept upstairs in the airconditioned showroom. Good quality, fast service, and perfect fit. Staff delivered my order to our hotel and waited while I checked the fit.

We visited Hoi An 13 years ago and my husband still had a shirt that was made by a certain tailor. When in Ho Chi Minh city recently, we mentioned this to our tour guide. He promptly told us that the tailors at that address had moved to 41 LeLoi St. So off we went hoping to get outfits made for our granddaughters. When we arrived ,my husband commented about how they had moved from their previous address. They said no, that was not correct. The girls were measured up & designs chosen. The cost of a dress for an 11yr old girl was quoted at $85 !! Their fabrics were all silk, silk blends or synthetics, totally unsuitable for children in our Australian climate. We finally chose a cheaper fabric which brought the dress back to $65. Still way too much but by that stage we were fairly committed. The finished products were very good & the girls were thrilled with them.
After correspondence with the tour guide in HCMC, he admitted that he'd told a lie and that he would forfeit his 20% commission. Obviously that 20% commission had already been added to our bill !
The take home message is - beware of people who tout for a certain tailor. Always do your homework, particularly on suitability and range of fabrics and the cost. There are 250 tailors in Hoi An you can choose from so dont be sucked in by the first one you go to.

This shop was recommended by our private guide. The service and explanation of the silk reduction was very detailed and professional. No pressure on buying anything but I still decided to buy two ties.

This was my second time coming to this tailor. They produce the silk in house, which is cool. I ended up getting 2 raw silk shirts and a raw silk sports coat as well as a refined silk shirt. It only took a day for them to complete the work as well. The clothes are super comfortable too.

We were impressed by the nice silk fabriks and ordered two men's shirts and for my wife great pants and colorfull top. Yet we were to leave Hoi An in 36 hours - no problem, all measures taken we were promissed to receive everything byy the next morning. Everything except one shirt fitted well next morning and to our surprise we got 4 hours later a perfectly fitting shirt! We are still fond of our silk garments and get many compliments: great fabrics, excellent services and decent prices. Furthermore the shop is worthwhile visiting for its many artefacts and paintings and stiched pictures, we enjoyed the visit
