This is a bit late. In January I had several items made here. The owner was very accommodating and gave me a 24 hr service with delivery to my hotel. She was very up to date with current fashions and was able to suggest some great styles. All were very reasonably priced. Great selection of fabrics. Her son was visiting from Canada and he even took me on his motor bike to introduce me to a fabulous Day Spa. Pay them a visit. email: vuthu115@yahoo.com

Great tailors

Spent a long time choosing a tailors from the myriad available in Hoi An - found this one on Virtual Tourist website as had heard lots of horror stories from fake Trip Advisor reviews. Really pleased with clothes made here - took dress over to get silk matched up for jacket to go with and they then helped me get shoes made in same silk - my wedding outfit looked fab and I had loads of compliments about it back home. Also got work trousers made as took a pair I liked and got them copied - would definitely recommend this as they copy brilliantly - exact fit. Would have taken more like this with me if I'd have known they would come out so well - top tip,if you're going to Vietnam! Shoes were delivered to hotel within 24 hrs - great service.

Best tailor in Hoi An!

My fiance and I were lucky to stumble into Vu Thu and meet the lovely owner. We needed things done in a very short notice and even though the very friendly and accomodating owner said that he would finish in time we were very sceptical. However it turned out to be our best random stop in Hoi An. The clothes were not only finished on time, it was done with perfection and for a cheap price!

I would recommend anyone visning Hoi An to pay Vu Thu a visit!

Made a dress at this tailor, it's cheap but they are not professional at all. Tailor work is not good, color is not what I chose, only similar and the guy keep on asking where we made our other dresses from and wanted to look at my other dress without my permission and asking for cost as well. He kept criticizing others and say he is cheaper and better. We don't feel comfortable but thank god I made only one dress. Lesson learnt. Just a feedback but it's based on your own discretion should you still choose to do it here.

Bought a pair of pants here which he custom made for me. Came back the next day, had him make a few adjustments, came back the next day and had him make a few more adjustments and I liked them so much I bought another pair! Good price, easygoing and very helpful.
