The tour was recommended by Intrepid and we weren't disappointed. Tin and Ty were so attentive. Tin even checked in with me that all our group were ok and made sure everyone was equally included. Our youngest aged 10 got scared by the traffic in the city on the way back to home base and Tin took her on the back of his bike, while Ty took her bike. It was the loveliest gesture a DVD she calmed down immediately. They made sure we were all safe and we really loved the authenticity of the tour and the people we got to meet. Loved lunch, bikes were fine, no issues at all. Took Go Pro on my wrist and got some incredible footage of daily life in Hoi An and picturesque scenery. Recommended to anyone who knows how to ride a bike, no matter your fitness.

Excellent morning with Tim & a few others on this tour! Was originally slightly unsure on whether I wanted to spend the money doing this but glad I did. Tim was excellent, super friendly, and all the stops were really interesting. It’s also a really nice (not difficult at all) bike ride on a very quiet island so nice & relaxed. Thank you!

Optional activity on our tour. Really glad we took it. Easy pace, little traffic and a great way to experience rural life of Vietnam. Tim of hoi an cycling led the sightseeing and was knowledgeable and interesting. There nine middle aged people in our group with varying ability and fitness. No one had any problems and everyone enjoyed the day. Highly recommend it.

So we were very disappointed by the quality of this trip. Many of the things that many of the things that are outlined in the itinerary as per below were not offered or included to us of water Such as the Buffalo ride speaking to any farmers or local people about their lives we were supposed to meet and take some rice wine this also never happened. The guide however was very kind in offering us a lift back with the bikes as my daughter did not feel comfortable on the roads. the quality of the bikes was very poor and not mountain bikes as advertised. We will be posting on trip advisor as to the $35 dollar per person . It was a con. I have written numerous times asking for an explanation and no reply yet
