Ha Na came highly recommended on trip advisor and other online blogs and they lived up to their reputation. They were very professional and talked us through all fabrics, stitching, buttons, etc... My wife had a couple dresses copied and I had some business shirts and pants made. They have a great selection of on point fabrics and a catalogue of men's and women's style options. I brought in some photos of what I was after. We were very happy with result. Everything is double stitched, so they should hold up pretty well (but we'll see how we go). With respect to timelines, 3 days for the finished product worked well for our schedule and seemed to be a realistic timeframe for the tailors. They did an initial measurement on day 1 with a 50% payment. They had us come in for a fitting the next day and we had a final fitting on the third day before final payment and take home.

I would strongly recommend Ha Na taylors to anyone looking for a good service and top quality in Hoi An. We had 3 suits made, one jacket, 2 dresses, 9 shirts, everything was ready in 48h with 2 fittings. Impeccable

Really helpful and knowledgeable owners who have great tailors and satisfy the most nit-picky clients (like us)! Was actually a great experience that I felt added to the whole holiday experience as the owners are so lovely, funny and genuine. Highly recommended.

The ladies who run Ha Na are very good at what they do! They are experienced tailors and will ensure you end up with a product you are happy with. They are willing to make as many adjustments as you'd like, and will go to great lengths to work around your travel schedule -- I was biked to one woman's home to get a dress altered in a time crunch. They are patient and give you as much time as you need to make decisions. As someone who is very particular about what I like, I am impressed by how happy I am with the results. I will definitely be back :)

From reading lots of other travellers' experiences of tailoring in Hoi An it seems to be a really mixed bag so we went into it feeling dubious about what to expect and what we'd end up with!
Having read another great review of Ha Na and comparing prices with a few other tailors we decided to take the plunge and my boyfriend got a wool/cashmere blend suit jacket with silk lining for US$75 and chinos for $30! The prices were fantastic compared to other places we had visited and the quality of the finished items was still fantastic, so a win win situation!
It only took 1 fitting for them to get both pieces bang on, and they both look professional and well made - particularly the blazer.
The women who run the shop are also a real delight to deal with. Not pushy or at all rude, and can't do enough to help. They really listen to what you want and are patient while you choose and faff about.
Not the largest choice of fabrics but if you're after good service and well made pieces then Ha Na is a great shout.

We recently visited Ha Na in Hoi An and have nothing but great things to say. The team there was incredibly professional, worked on an expeditious timeline and had prices that felt much more reasonable relative to comparable offerings. I ordered 2 suits, 2 sports coats, 2 shirts and 4 pairs of pants. I was incredibly impressed with the quality and cut of each item. Each item only required minor adjustments after the first fitting. Highly recommended!

Fabulous service; I went here after getting frustrated in other shops as they couldn't/wouldn't do what I wanted... I was asking for a woman's jumpsuit in suit fabric with quite cool tailoring. Here they listened to me, got my ideas, had fabulous fabric options and a good price. Three fittings later (it fits exceptionally!) and I have the PERFECT couture piece of clothing that will see me through Autumn/Winter 2016 party season! Thanks Ha Na staff X

thanks so much to the entire ha na tailor team. We got so many suits and dresses and they were able to make things look so flattering and perfect for us. They're a very talented and super quick. We only showed them pictures and they made the most beautiful clothes out of those. They know so much about their profession Anna's helped us choose the right fabric, lengths, etc. Very fashionable and still unique. We can only recommend going there, they are great value and fun! We'll definitely be back in the future. Thanks a million!!

After reading blog posts and advice on travel forum it seemed the best is to shortlist a view tailors and check them out before settling on one.
Well, I hate shopping and wandering around different tailors is surely not how I planned to fill my time in Hoi An. I read reviews on TripAdvisor and decided to go with Ha Na.
Best decision ever, the ladies where really helpful deciding on the fabric and final colour for my dress (I had a photo on my phone and the dress I got is a perfect replica). Spontaneously, I decided to also have a blazer made. They had books to go through for a style and the ladies helped me to pick a style that suits my body shape.
After measuring I paid a deposit (about 50%) and was told to come for the first fitting 24h later. I got their and the blazer was amazing. Like I was born in it! No changes at all to be done.
The dress also is a perfect fit and all they had to finish was the seem of the dress since they checked the length was fine when I tried it on.
I'm so glad I went for this tailor and I made sure to ask if they would keep my measurements so I can order more dresses and jackets via email.

What is the address to Ha Na cloth shop & tailor? What are store hours? Do they make cotton kaki Womens shorts and pants? How expensive is it to mail to US?

Our address is 85 Tran Hung Dao street, Hoi An, VietNam. We open from 8:30 am- 8:30 pm. We do make kaki shorts and pants for women. The shipping price is depended on the weight. Shipping to the US it usually costs around 20 USD for the first half kg and evry next half kg costs 7 USD, takes 3 weeks. By sea, the first kg costs 20 USD and every next kg costs 6 USD, takes 3 months. Thanks.
