The activities Zumi organised for us were generous and professional. Our tour was for 26 days. We enjoyed all the activities each activity was different in nature.
We very much enjoyed Ho An, Hanoi, Sapa, Ho Chi Min, Ha Long Bay, the caves, floating market, Phu Quoc island, Hue city, Da Lat and other places.
We remember the evening Zumi took us for supper at Ho An and we informed her to change the program by taking us to My Son instead of cooking classes , Zumi immediately changed the program accordingly to our request which was very enriching, informative and interesting.
Zumi hosted us at Ho An and personally took us to the show of Ho An (history). Zumi’s hospitality was very welcoming, professional and efficient.
In addition Zumi hired welcoming, informative, professional and up to standard guides and also the drivers were professional.
We highly recommend all her services.

22 days in Vietnam. From north to south. Family -2 parents and 3 teenage children. A journey planned by Laughing Roo Travel. Cross Vietnam. The hotels were coordinated to our needs both in terms of location and in terms of room arrangement, the guides were of a high standard, the route we planned together was accurate, the attractions were age adjusted and most importantly, throughout the entire journey the agency was available and flexible for changes and updates according to our requests and everything was always professionally & pleasant . Laughing Roo Travel - Highly recommended!

Could not have picked a better travel agent to organise our Vietnam/ Cambodia adventure. Zumi was flexible to organising a package what we wanted to see and do. Unlike many packages that have no flexibility and have things you don't want to spend the time to see. All accommodation booked was clean and very comfortable with amazing buffet breakfast. No issues with flight bookings or transfers to and from hotels and if there was, a quick message to Zumi and it was sorted. You dont get that sort of service with other tours. She even helped out when my wife was not feeling well and organised medication. Are we going to come back to Vietnam and use Laughing Roo Travel? That is a big YES!

Zumi was an amazing planner and resource for the 10 days trip we did with the family . She arranged everting from hotels , transportation both in the air and on the ground to tour guides , restaurants and boat trips in all of the country - and it was perfect ! She was in control and communication every step of the way and responded with solutions to everything we wanted . Then she hosted us in her home town . Highly recommended !

This trip was organized as part of the 4D3N company retreat for 17 staffs to the Mekong Delta and Saigon. Zumi was very accommodating to our needs and the guide assigned to us - Hieu - was very responsible and helpful. Overall, we have nothing but praise for the agency as we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Cannot recommend Zumi Le and Laughing Roo Travel highly enough. We had an amazing 19 day adventure throughout Vietnam without having to worry about organising anything ourselves. Zumi Le rang or messaged every night to let us know what time we were being picked up the next day and nothing was too much trouble.
Our trip highlights were: Hanoi, Halong Bay, Phong Nha, Hoi An, Bana Hills and Ho Chi Minh. We loved the Kiss by night scooter tour, Cu Chi Tunnels, cooking class and caves especially.
Definitely book your next Vietnam adventure with Laughing Roo if you want a fabulous holiday at a fantastic price.

This was a return trip to Vietnam. Our initial trip was totally organised by Zumi of Laughing Roo travel, and covered the whole of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. The experience was so beautiful and well organised that we had no hesitation in having Zumi arrange this trip, which was centred around the Hoi An/DaNang region.
Zumi provided us with her expertise, knowledge and friendly personality that gave us a wonderful experience, particularly in the beautiful Hoi An Old Town. We highly recommend that your visit here must coincide with the magnificent monthly Lantern Festival.
Another wonderful experience is a visit to the Historic French Village located in Bana Hills, DaNang. It is fantastic.

So we did Vietnam in 24 days and our adult kids were with us for 11 of those. We booked through Zumi Laughingroo Hoian. Our trip was made fantastic due to her attention to detail. We were chauffeured, tour guided, cruised, flew, over night trained etc. the whole lot with 4star accommodation from Hanoi ending in Nha Trang with loads in between. If you have ever thought of going to Vietnam and not sure where to start, reach out to Zumi. Very reasonably priced for what you are getting and I’m sure it will be the best holiday you have had. We traveled for 3 weeks in Vietnam 🇻🇳 all organised by Laughing Roo Travel. We have seen so many beautiful places, stayed at the nicest hotels and enjoyed perfect guides. Above all we got answers to every question, got the best recommendation and full communication with the one and only- Zumi

Highly recommend Laughing Roo. Zumi Lee is very hands on and always available snd on call for any queries we had. We chose our own hotels but they booked it all and did our visas and all. They do everything so you don’t have to worry about anything!

Hi
I am going to Danang this Saturday and will stay for 4 nights.
I would like to go to Hoian for an one day travel.
There are two of us and let me know the tour price and time schedule and so on.
We do not mind if there will be group tour.
We will pay for the cash on that day.
