Welcome to Bebe Tailors. Here at Bebe we have 15 years experience in the tailoring industry. We are one of very few shops in Hoi An that has its own dedicated team of tailors on site. A team of 10 quality controllers oversees production to ensure perfection for you.We have one of the largest selections of fabrics in Hoi An, spread over three spacious shops. All shops have air-conditioned changing rooms to ensure your comfort during the summer months. We are sure our customers will find the materials to make the clothes of their dreams.Our customers have been so happy with our clothing that word of mouth recommendations is our number one source of new customers. My husband and I stopped in to Bebe Tailors, not quite knowing what to expect, and we are so very glad we did! Su and Tram were very easy to work with from start to finish. I’ll detail the process in case you are wondering what to expect like we were.

When we first arrived, they sat us down at a table and provided cold bottles of water. First we showed them photos of what we were thinking — dresses and a jumpsuit for me, and shirts for my husband — and then they brought up additional images to help us fine-tune our ideas. We asked about prices at this point, and they were reasonable (a bit higher than other tailors in town because of the higher quality, but still a lot lower than if we had custom clothing made back home). Su started designing with pen and paper, asking questions along the way. Then we reviewed different fabrics and patterns (there are a LOT in the store to choose from!), and then they took very detailed measurements of each of us. We then scheduled a time to come back the next day for our fittings. All of this took about an hour.

We returned the following day for the fittings. Su and Tram helped each of us try on each piece, and were very receptive to changes. One of my dresses needed an easy fix and Su disappeared for 5 minutes and came back with it fixed!

What we didn’t realize is that we needed to come back again for a third time (48 hours after the first visit) for final fittings. This is important, because they have to finalize the pieces after your initial fitting. They apparently work overnight to make the changes from your initial fitting, and then want to make sure everything fits well after those alterations.

The results for us were amazing!! There is nothing like custom-made clothing and Su, Tram, and the Bebe team are true artisans. We *highly* recommend them.

Top tailor for a reason

There is a reason that Bebe has the reputation they have as being a top Hoi An tailor. When in Hoi An recently I went to two different tailors and my experience at Bebe 2 was by far the best. I worked with Lan, and she put significant time and effort into understanding exactly what I wanted, asking about all the different details to make sure the item was just right. The prices here may be higher than at other tailors in town but my honest advice would be to go to Bebe and simply buy fewer pieces and be happy with them, rather than go elsewhere, purchasing more but risking being unhappy with the result.

One point of advice however would be that their range of print fabrics seemed mostly in the same vein, i.e large florals and large abstract prints. I had hoped to see more lighter/brighter, youthful, pop art or ditzy prints but they were not available. So be willing to limit yourself to plain colour fabrics if you don't like the prints on offer. I only went to Bebe 2, I can't speak for the range available at Bebe 1.

We've been to Hoi An a couple of times and tried maybe 5 tailors. Bebe is the best all-rounder in our eyes. They have a lot of beautiful fabrics, they will work with you to make something just as you like and they are reasonably priced for the excellent work they do. The salespeople are lovely - friendly and not pushy. We'll be back on our next trip, for sure!

The girls are so efficient and well trained. They really know their stuff. Their measuring and designing a 2nd to none. They have a huge range of fabrics. The fitting rooms are really comfortable. There are quick and professional and produce beautiful clothes. If there is a challenging outfit, they were always get it right in the end.

We got help from Chi and Hoa at bebe tailor and they wore so nice and helpful and they wore really good at explaining different materials and what to do and what not to do. Not at al so pushing with the selling part that others are so this experience was so much nicer and they are so professional.
We went to another tailor during our visit as well since we met them first but there we didn't get so good results with the clothes we orderd on the other place as the results we got from bebe. I would definitely recommend bebe tailor and if i visit Hoi an again this is the tailor i would go to.

Amazing service from Tina, beautiful silk dresses

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Tina was amazing. She helped me pick fabric and styles from infinite choices. She was not pushy at all - listened to what I liked and wanted and even when I couldn’t decide, she didn’t suggest I just get both dresses. In the end, I realized I needed to buy both and all she said was, “yes, good idea.” She made me feel beautiful and took so much care to ensure my silk dresses were perfect! I can’t wait to wear them!

We got 1 men suit, 1 men shirt, 1 women suit and 3 women shirt.
It’s expensive and the finish is not upto the mark. We also got tailored suit from other cheaper place and fit and finish was better.
I would suggest to try out the cheaper alternatives rather than Bebe tailor as it is not good value for money.
The suits which were delivered were not even ironed properly.

We think we are a bargain for what we produce and we have customers emailing us back everyday to buy more once they are home and we often see samples of our suits 8-10 years later still going strong.
