Hoi An was once the “Silk hub” of Quang Nam province and the silk industry employed thousands of residents. The final silk products were shipped by “Silk sea road” to Europe and Asia.
Our Village was once home to dozens of artisan craftsmen, working in the production of manufacturing and weaving luxurious silk products using safely silkworms.

It was great to learn the silk process from the beggining. Feeding the worm, silk cocoon, silk havest process, silk production and types, manufacturing silk product in the traditional way, how to difference real silk from other materials. Tour leader was so good. Place very clean. All staff very attentive, smiling and kind... We loved it…

Very interesting tour to learn about traditional silk production and vietnamese history. About 5min cycling from the old town, a peaceful area with a beautiful garden. Atmosphere is really nice and you can enjoy a fresh mulberry juice during the tour !

Informative, friendly guide. Who was happy to answer the children's questions.They tried their hand at weaving. With some help they made lovely lanterns to take home. Some beautiful silk goods to purchase in the shop. A very enjoyable outing in delightful surroundings
