This was a great experience. Picked up at our hotel and taken to the market to buy veg and herbs then on to cookery school. Prepared, cooked and ate absolutely delicious food - there is an option online to choose what you cook. Great fun with real characters, a lot of laughs and good tuition. Just enough prep with all the hard work done for you. Delicious food packed with flavours.

I always try to do a cooking class when I travel. I love learning more about the culture and food of the countries I visit. This cooking class was great. It started with great service while booking the class and choosing our menu. The class started with a hotel pick-up, market tour and buying a few groceries. Went back to the kitchen to start preparing. We really enjoyed learning about the ingredients and preparation. The cooking is fun and the end product was fantastic. We made spring rolls, crispy fried rice, curry chicken, and pork pot. I highly recommend these dishes and will be making it at home. Do it and have fun!

A friend in Australia recommended this course for me. I was happy about everything - short and sharp market tour, good venue, great food and most of all great service from our host, Hahn. Really confident I will actually cook this deliciois food at home.

Absolutely brilliant! We loved our cooking class with Vina! This is an experience that everyone should try when they’re in Hoi An. We learnt a lot about the different ingredients in Vietnamese cooking and how to get the right balance of flavours in each dish. We were able to select which dishes we wanted to learn, from a very long list of choices. Vina is a wonderful teacher and kept us laughing the entire time. We also really enjoyed our market visit with Ho before the cooking class. We will definitely come back for another class the next time we’re in Hoi An. (Before we left we were able to look at their rooms and we were very impressed by how lovely, spacious and clean the rooms are.)

Vi Na was so lovely from the start! She made it fun, showed us every step and asked lots of questions as we tried to do it ourselves. Best cooking I may have done in my life! Every dish was the best in class.

This is the best cooking class I have ever taken. Vi Na was a superb instructor and cooking buddy. She’s an expert and kept us engaged, learning and laughing. I will definitely return when I visit Hoi An for a fifth time. The food was delicious and she provided the menus and gave us fabulous tips and ideas for substitutions if necessary. Visit this cooking school. Worth every dong.

Amazing! This is our second time visiting chef Han and chef Vi na, and they didn’t disappoint! We cooked four fabulous dishes and they were delicious! The class was so much fun, and very easy to follow along!! great for all levels of skill and the chefs have a great sense of humor and make the experience so memorable! Best cooking class in Hoi An!! They also take you to the markets beforehand to buy all the ingredients! Loved every second!!

What an absolute blast! Had a great time with the chefs creating easy and delicious Vietnamese food! After taking a trip to the market we made 4 sensational dishes and spent hours laughing in stitches with the chefs! A great day, would 100% recommend!!
