I got massages at 3 different places in Hoi An and I thought this one was the most professional. Although the hour Asian body massage was a bit pricier than I hoped for ($18) I still thoroughly enjoyed it. The foot massage was wonderful and the whole spa is very nice and relaxing. This company definetaly does know what they are doing. Give them a try.

We were moved to this venue from the one in town and are really happy we were. Set amongst the paddy fields it is a beautiful venue. The staff were very attentive, polite and I enjoyed my treatment - all 3 1/2 hours of it. Excellent value - $45 complete with refreshments artworks and a free taxi pickup and drop off from the hotel

I went to the 463 Cua Dai location (Na Spa I). They took me right in and did an excellent job with my massage (I got the aromatherapy massage). I highly recommend this location. This is one of the best massages I've gotten in Southeast Asia.

We used the facilities close to the old town. I asked for a 1 hour foot massage and a pedicure. Interesstingly they where done with the full programme after one hour. I thought it might have been a missunderstandig but realised that was not the case when I paid. They charged me for a full hour massage but I know it was not much longer than 30 minutes. I had an eye on the clock on the wall. After discussions I just paid because I did not feel like argueing. The massage itself was okay. The pedicure pretty basic but okay. However, I got rushed out before the polish was dry. My husbands massage (neck & shoulder) was okay but on the short side, too.

The riverside Na Spa is terrible. Three of us had a pedicure and massage. The pedicure was a 10 minute disinterested soak and rub and a quick application of polish with lots of laughing between staff. The massage was pretty average and did not go for the whole hour. We have had great massages in Hoi An. Stay away from this place.

The massage was pretty average, we went to the na spa by the river and it had a room with a bunch of beds seperated by thin see through material. It felt like a McDonalds style massage where they pumped customers through with little care of attention to detail or individual needs. Me and my partner ordered different massages but recieved the exact same routine with no pressure or thought, you could tell the therapist was just completing the routine she was taught without focusing on any specific areas of tension. There was no pressure either, the girls giving the massages talked and laughed to each other throughout and some were even sneezing then laughing. This was a constant reminder of the lack of individual service and the amount of people in the room while you are having your massage.i knew the prices were reasonable so I did not expect the same as i would at a 5 star resort, but this is just well below average.

Visited Na Spa with a family group of five.
Absolutely beautiful location out amongst the rice paddies. Beyond this there are lots of “Nahs”. Want a jacuzzi? “Nah, closed for repairs”, Want a drink from the drink menu “Nah, not available”.
Really lovely therapists, but in a couple of cases very young and inexperienced. Probably not full time employees of the Spa - zoomed in on motor bikes soon after our arrival and left straight after. But that may have been to accommodate for our larger group.
In the end, this place is not going to break the bank and so it’s not terrible value for money. But on the standard of service it’s probably a “Nah” ... but not for want of trying or the people that work there.

Not sure if a bad day, or the wrong location, or just the wrong employee, but that was a terrible service for manicure, pedicure that my wife and daughter have experienced. They just decided no longer go with the planned massage after the initial service.

My mum and I had an hour is so to fill in and walked past one of the Na Spa locations. It has a lovely presentation.
We were brought refreshing drinks by the friendly stuff. We both had a an 'Asian style' massage which was a perfect firmness on the body to get rid of the tender spots that we had developed from lugging bags around, but was not painful at any stage.
It was extremely relaxing and the staff were very friendly and professional.
Will go back if in the area again!

We had 4 hour scrub/wrap/massage/facial treatment and it was absolutelu worth the money and time spent.
