We found the WhatsApp number for someone from the company online and messaged them directly to arrange our boat trip. They responded to us very quickly and were flexible in facilitating times that suited us. Their pick up service for our hotel was cheaper than a Grab and we were given some cold water on arrival. Our boat trip was lovely and our driver took us to secluded spots for photos and to try crab fishing. There is a section of the tour with music and performers, you can get onto their boat for a spin or to try casting a fish net for an additional tip. We went at 10:30am and it was already very busy, I can imagine it just gets busier. We have seen lots of negative reviews for other companies offering these basket boat tours so we'd recommend this one!

What an amazing experience. The driver of the coconut bowl made it such a fun time, catching crabs with us and spinning the bowl in the water. The company picked us up from the hotel and dropped us back off. We chose to do this in the late afternoon while the sun was setting which i highly recommend. It was one of our favourite activities during our stay. Great price and lovely people. 🫶🏼

It was really nice our guide was very friendly. We had a lot of fun on our coconut boat tour. We did the spinning of the boat for an extra price of 100.000 VDN and saw a local fisherman at work. Overall a great experience would recommend when in Hoi an!

Let me give you an honest review. But don't be sad, ok? The boat is nice, and the scenery is beautiful. It didn't last 1h, but only 45min and only like 10 15min through the "forest". It took us to some guy dancing in the water that wanted a tip, then it took us to a guy fishing that wanted a tip. Our guide was polite but every meter he wanted us to take photos and take photos of us. We're not that kind of people, to be honest. I would have enjoyed nature and the moment more with less. Overall, a tourist destination, with lots of people around (go at 8AM as we did and maybe you'll get to be a few boats).

The contact via WhatsApp was very good and quick, and pick up was arranged. However we were very let down by this experience. It is a huge tourist trap, the people who are doing the entertainment expect tips. And so did the person who took us out on a boat. They kept saying “people from your country usually tip etc etc”. So unacceptable. Please learn people from ‘our country’ only tip when recieving genuine kindness and when we feel a tip is necessary. We felt so uncomfortable we actually asked to go back early…

Had a really fun experience with Hacoconut. The coconut boat ride is a must do in Hoi An. Hacoconut provided a pick up service and the experience itself were fairly priced. Booking via WhatsApp was easy and convenient. The staff were friendly and helped us take loads of photos throughout our boat session. Overall, would recommend!

Enjoyable activities for all ages. Swirling and rocking dance performance by the boatman was entertaining. In addition, my 9-year old boy had a memorable experience casting the fish net from the boat. The lunch was decent, fried shrimps were delicious.

A nice experience and well priced. We had a very fun older coconut boat driver who was taking great photos of us and making sure we are having a great. We contacted them directly on whatsapp and got a better deal - 100k per person. We paid an extra 100k (for 2 and optional) to experience the coconut spinning. Worth a visit.

This was a brilliant tour. I WhatsApp the company after business hours and they got back to me within 10 mins. They picked us up and gave us an amazing experience we loved it. Our rowers were amazing and lovely. Well worth the price as it is so cheap and the pickup and drop off they organised was cheaper than any Grab in the area.

Very easy to book on what’s app! Lovely lady who took me out on the boat by myself and stopped off to show me the fishermen on the boats and catching crabs too! And to be spun in the boat of course 😂 didn’t charge extra as a solo rider either and had a great fun morning would recommend!
