We went once to Hoi An Day Spa and went back two more times! Aroma massage was excellent, hot ginger massage was even better! I had a facial and my husband had a $4 haircut, both very well done. Before any treatment, even a facial, you get a warm foot bath. Very caring staff, well trained. Friendly owner, good English, welcoming. Locker for your clothes. Menu explains the many treatments available, no pressure at all. Clean shower available with shampoo. The room is clean, smells great, and the choice of music is just right for full relaxation.

It was disgusting. Worst massage I've had in Vietnam. Every 2-3 minutes he would try to clear his throat of a large loogie. This kind of behavior is disgusting in general, let alone by a masseuse.

This SPA was very commercial. Unfriendly and grumpy staff. The Towels used were rinsed in the washbasin with small cut hairs (from a previous treatment or hair cut etc) still in it. so i had the hair on my arms and legs....yuck! Prices were reasonable, but nevertheless not worth a visit.

Granted it was during Tet, perhaps the service was reluctant. It was the worst manicure/pedicure that I have experienced. As I've lived in Asia for quite some time, the very reasonable prices are familiar and not impressive. The technique was inadequate, the hygeine questionable and the chairs were woefully uncomfortable.

My first impression of the spa was incredibly high. The owners English was excellent which made it very easy to explain specifics and ask questions about the treatments. Initially I got a half leg wax, brazzilian and foot massage. All 3 treatments were completed by the same person and were excellent especially for the price.my expectations had been exceeded so I decided to go back the next day. I got a full body massage and deluxe mani pedi. The massage was very average; not strong enough and poor technique. Still had high hopes for the mani/pedi as my friends watched them do it the day before and said they did a thorough job. My mani/pedi was completely rushed and completed by having a person on my foot and someone on my hand. It seemed they wanted to finish to move to the next person.I was meant to receive a hand/food mask, scrub and paraffin treatment. They completely skipped the paraffin, only applied the mask to a small section of the hand/foot and when it came to the scrub they simply coated my hands/feet in the scrub polish and dunked them in water instead of actually removing the skin. The paint job and cuticle cutting was done well however. The owners seemed like nice people who were more than willing to handle complaints but personally if you're not paying western prices then you shouldn't have western standards. Overall the place was clean and I'd probably go back, just remember that it's a hit and miss with who does your treatment

I went here for a massage first and since it was new years eve, not many people. I might have been the first customer in the morning. I got a 60 min thai massage as I was aching from a lot of cycling the previous 3 days and the stretching was good. Not the best massage I have had but it worked.
Also got a haircut and shave which was OK.
Initially wanted to try Palmerossa but it was shut due to TET.

Walked in for a foot massage at USD12. Place looks dated and straight out of a 1980s movie. Owner was nice but unfortunately that was not enough. Therapists talked during massage session, hands stopped massaging while talking, road noise and constant joining for the streets can be heard, I was just waiting for time to pass and got the session to end so I can get out!

Terrible - kept waiting for hours even though we booked the day before. Used cold water for foot spa and cold products for wrap - we were already freezing from waiting so long in the cold foyer on a cold rainy day. Then staff argued throughout the massage and staff came and left the room with little regard to our privacy. What we expected to be three hours of relaxation and bliss, was five and a half hours of stress and angst. We left tired, hungry and stressed. On top of that, my daughter's cuticles were cut to pieces and ended up infected from the manicure. Don't go there.
