hello, I highly recommend this spa. The staff is professional and friendly. the spa is neatly keep and the prices are correct. The massages are adapted according to our needs and disires. I will certainly return on my next trip.maryse c.

The massage in this Spa are great therapyts and it was pleasantly suprised by the sengreen treament, i have enjoyed have not to metion expertise and experience, i fell all the way and 10 years younger.

Vine came personally to our hotel to collect us, and paid for the taxi to return us. She is very sweet and very hospitable. We had hot stone massage which was excellent. Room was very clean, towels smelt fresh and of lemon. Girls who did the massage were strong, very kind and thoughtful. We also had the Indian head massage, probably wouldn't bother again as it wasn't much to rave about. But the stone massage was great. Vinh deserves to be very successful - she knows what we fussy westerners want. Give it a go!

I had such a great time here I went third.Clean and hygienic. Prices are reasonable,very professional,the staff made us feel special.All excellent. Would definitely go back .

We visited this spa after searching on Trip Advisor, and feeling an affinity for this place above others. It's not the cheapest,nor the most modern looking, but it certainly surpassed expectations in the services I received. I had neck soreness and a bad headache, so I requested a hot rock massage, and this was wonderful. The masseuse was extremely gentle, as per my instructions, yet she was professional and attentive and achieved the objective of relieving my headache. I wanted to wrap her up and put in my suitcase to take home with me, but alas, this was not allowed. We will be having at least 3 more sessions in the next week, and thoroughly recommend this spa. Don't look elsewhere, the beautiful Vinh will satisfy your every beauty and body care need. The prices are not worth mentioning as they are so cheap, and way less than they should be. Do yourself a favour and come visit this spa for a wonderful treat.

My brother and i just came back from our treatments at countryside charm and couldn't be happier! Vinh the owner is absolutely adorable, she is so professional and really understands exactly what customers want! When we arrived we were immediately greeted and brought ginger tea were we decided on 2 package treatments. I received the body scrub, body wrap and head neck and shoulder massage. Whereas my brother decided on the mens facial and asian blend massage which he received a complimentary hair wash as well.The treatment went above and beyond my expectations as i was lucky enough to have vinh doing the treatment for me! she is extremely talented and respectful at all times. I definitely recommend this spa for anyone travelling to Hoi An

We went to the Countryside spa recently and had fruit facials (US$15) and were severely disappointed. Firstly because the lady at the front desk would not stop talking to us and pestered us with questions-we just wanted some quiet. Also the room we were in had a ticking clock and one of the therapists spent the entire 60 mins chewing gum loudly. We will not be returning.

My husband and I both had massages here in Nov 2011.
The front and interior don't inspire but the massage rooms are a lot better than many other spas in Hoi An.
The rooms were clean and tidy but unfortunately the towels smelt very musty, I was most put off the first time I lay face down on the bed but the massage started before I had worked up the courage to ask for them to be changed. In all fairness they didn't smell dirty, more like they hadn't been dried properly and had gone off, which was likely as it had been raining non-stop for days.
However, as I said my 90 min hot stone massage had started. Firstly, I like the stones hot and they were, 10/10.
Secondly little Ying who did all my massages was an absolute diamond! She puts in a lot of effort and does a superb massage, she is very likely the best masseuse either me or my husband have ever had.
There is a slight lack of finesse in the little details like moving towels etc but only compared to high end spas. I have honestly payed much more money at places that excel in this little details but don't do half as good a massage as Ying.
I had eyelash extensions by the owner, Ms Vinh, who has an experienced and practiced touch. I can well imagine that she combines Yings skills with a little extra refinement, so worth trying a massage with her if you get the chance.
On a down note my husband also had an extremely unsatisfactory massage here. The masseuses name I do not know but he very really got off the table before it was finished. He had oil rubbed into his skin and barely warm stones rubbed on the surface with zero muscle work. It was a great disapointment after 'the best massage he had ever had' from Ying.
To sum up:
Fantastic hot stone massages but choose your masseuse carefully. If neither Ying or Ms Vinh are available I highly recommend waiting til they are. Don't go to another salon though, they really are worth the wait. I will personally compare every future masseuse to Ying. She is a very talented young lady.

I looked for this Spa specifically because of Trip advisor recommendation And they were SO SO SO GOOD, ms Vinh manager here very sweet, gentle and understanding what we need. They were so welcoming and friendly and the price was reasonable I would love to go there again !
