Spectacular place to receive a relaxing body treatment. The attention and service are excellent. In our short stay we repeated the experience. The BE LA massage is one of the best relaxing massages we have ever received. (We also loved being able to play with the family dog, an affectionate and playful dog that made our stay more enjoyable)

Best massage I have ever had. Super clean place, professional staff and incredible experience. The place is a bit outside the city centre but they usually pick you up with a taxi. It is totally worth it, me and my wife got different and extremely satisfactory professional massages. Myself I got a deep tissue strong massage and my wife a Vietnamese tradittional relaxing one. They are truly amazing!

We got the 90 minute full body massage at the recommendation of the spa! We both really enjoyed the massage and time literally flew by while we were worked on by the therapists. We were in Hoi An for one week and I went for 3 massages at Bela Spa. The third time, my wife came with me after I praised it so much. The owner is a real sweetheart and the one hour full body oil massage was so relaxing, I kept going back. A very professional place which I recommend. She also offered to pick me up and take me to my hotel, but declined as I wanted to walk.

I can count the number of massages I've had on my fingers - not that many! Our one hour massage at Bela spa was one of the best! It was so relaxing. I felt like jello at the end. The entire family and staff were very friendly and the place was spotless. We were picked up from our hotel by car and then returned as passengers on the back of motor scooters. My husband also got his hair cut while I watched and ate yogurt. What a great soothing experience!

A beautiful spa hidden away in a peaceful little laneway; not too far from the market but away from the bustle of the town. I had an excellent 90 minute massage, manicure and pedicure. The owner, Ruby, is very genuine, friendly and welcoming and she did not put any sales pressure on me. I loved this spa and will be back.

Beautiful massage, calm environment and very friendly staff. Snow the owner is an amazing and lovely lady and I'd recommend Be La Spa to anyone. She also helped tame my fuzzy, humid affected hair with braids, for free the first time and I had to insist she take something the second time. Hopefully I'll get back to Hoi An soon and visit Snow and her team again.

Hidden from the main street, however worth a visit! Really good and relaxing massage, very clean environment. The owner responded on you booking very fast, arranged transfer from/to our hotel.

We were at Bela Spa during a rainy day. Bela sent a taxi to our hotel to pick up us (the service is offered by her). Atmosphere was really welcoming as well as the staff girls: they offered us water and yogurt as well as mango after the massage and they treated us as special guests. We chose 90 min hot stone massage. The girls were super professional and they made us fell very comfortable. Without a doubt it was the best massage in Vietnam. We really recommend it!

I’ve been to a number of spas in Hoi An but my massage today in BeLa was one of the best. The owner is super friendly with great English. I also met her sister who was just as pleasant. The massage room was cool and clean. The massage itself was just right and expertly done. I’m going to make sure my wife goes. I’ll definitely be going back.
