Lilly at Hoi An Fun Travel was fantastic! She set up a last minute tour to My Son and a driver to take us all around to Da Nang. She was SUPER responsive (even late at night) and accommodating. Everyone should learn customer service from her!!

Excellent value for money. We transfered from Hoi An to Hue with several stops on the way, including the wonderul Ba Na hills. Our driver was prompt and helped with our luggage. He drove very safely which at times might even feel weird after getting used to the Vietnamese traffic :) He also provided us with tips and went out of his way to make sure our AirBnB place is okay. Lilly had helped me organize a snorkeling tour to Cham Island after another company cancelled my tour. The snorkeling tour was absolutely amazing! It was definitely the highlight of my time in Hoi An. I was not a very confident swimmer but the instructors took their time to make sure you're comfortable in the water.
