We enjoyed the cooking class very much. It's an organic farm with a very nice environment. We could experience the traditional farming . The cooking station is clean and tidy. Our guide is sweet and friendly. She gave us a good tour to the market and taught us how to make the local dishes. The portion is very big and... More

We came to see the vegetable garden as we are avid Gardeners. It became so hot we sort shelter from the boiling mid day sun at the water wheel restaurant and what blessing that was. The only issue is we are arguing which dish was our favourite, my was the spice driven pork clay pot and my husbands "the three... More

We did a half day tour from 8am-1.30pm and it was fantastic. We were 6 adults, 3 couples and all of us enjoyed the whole experience. We were collected from our villa at 8am and taken into Hoi An where we met our guide Helen who took us to the fresh food market. Helen, we quickly realised was a bit... More

Did the cooking class at Water Wheel and was very impressed. The day started early with a tour of the market with Ngan (Jessica) and was great. We got to pick out some fruits in season that we wanted to try, and then moved along to buy the ingredients needed for our menu. Ngan also gave us some information on... More

A lovely village to experience how the locals live. Wemen weaving and dying the cloth with locally grown indigo.

Highlight of Hoi An! Lovely morning spent strolling the local market, riding bikes and learning to cook Vietnamese food. Our guide Helen was funny, quick witted and we wanted to steal her away back to Australia 😉. We really did find this place five star and would recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An. Thank you Helen for making our experience... More

My husband and I were picked up at our hotel by our guide for this half-day trip. She arrived with another lady on a motorbike who was carrying 2 bikes for us. I was a bit worried that we didn't get to choose a bike (as we did in a similar trip) that would be more suitable for our stature... More
