We had an amazing time. The day was packed with buffalo rides, boating on the lake, massaged, cooking school, learning how to make rice paper. All the team showed exceptional hospitality mixed with a mischievous sense of fun. I would definitely come again.

We drove our here without guide and saw the allotments where people grow their own food. Apart from being in the country side and seeing animals, vegetables and flowers etc I did not find this so interesting. It was nice to visit a local restaurant and get a massage. Otherwise we could have done something else with our time.

Some people arrived here by push bikes, we came by car and were dropped off for a stay of about 1 - 2 hours. This included meeting the farmers, trying some refreshing drinks and having a shoulder massage and a good foot soak. There is also a cooking school which you can choose to do as well.

This is the kind of garden we can only dream about in the US. You get the idea that if you plant a seed that you should just stand back because the plant will grow immediately. The rows and rows of beautiful plants, herbs, aromatics are lush and green and HAPPY. This lushness of the gardens belies all of the hard work that goes into tending the soil, adding seaweed and other nutrients from the sea which is nearby. We were accompanied by Chef An who gave us a thorough explanation of everything we saw. The watering process is amazing - picture a man with two huge watering cans swinging from a bar across his shoulders! It is an amazing and picturesque site. Watching the woman make Rice Paper (pancakes) that are absolutely perfectly round every time is amazing. Not to be missed.

It's a very interesting visit in an organic farm. You can see how the Vietnamese farmers grow the organic vegetables with very hard work, very simple methods and very primitive agreecultural tools. But nevertheless, they seem to be happy !
