We did the cooking class and the food was delicios. It was very inspiring and so worth it! We had an an amazing afternoon with fishing, cooking and visiting a local market. Long was an amazing guide, and thanks to his family. Recommend recommend.

What a great way to spend the morning and early afternoon, and good value for money too. Make sure you have a small breakfast in the morning if you’re doing the cooking class because you cook and eat A LOT!

This is a great cooking class! We initially tried booking with another tour company which had a lot more reviews but were full for the days we wanted. I’m really glad they were full because Long and his sister-in-law were super friendly and we’re happy to have us and made the day feel very wonderful. Sometimes picking a tour with less amount of reviews is the way to go. 😁We went to the local market and then went on the basket tour. This was not our favorite thing. It was very touristy but worth doing to experience the cooking class. We cooked at Long’s restaurant which is right on the river. We made some delicious dishes and had SOOO much food to eat! Everything was very simple to make so even if you don’t do a lot of cooking, it’s very easy to do. The atmosphere was very simple and lovely, especially in the evening when the sun went down. Highly recommend this tour!

This tour was so much fun! Our guide for the day, Long, was full of information and knowledge of Hoi An. The market was so different from home and showed the Vietnamese way of a daily life. I wasn’t sure what to expect of the water coconut forest, but the bamboo basket boat was more fun than you can imagine. It was interesting and these people just love life. Papa’s cooking class was very nice too. Nothing too difficult and the food I would make at home. The whole day was a wonderful experience and a great memory of Hoi An.
