Another Sharjah gem and affordable day out. Some displays are blocked off due to Covid rules however what is open is adequate for small children. Nice interactive and interesting displays. Perfect for smaller children ages 5-10 however teenagers might be bored easily.
I have rated this a 5/5 as it’s affordable, clean and interesting and it will be much better as well once all the displays are open.

this museum really has something for everyone, from toddler to adult. plenty of hands-on features, interactive exhibits, and a nice short lecture in english about an interesting scientific topic. the one we saw was electricity. the presenter spoke good english, and addressed the audience members personally, and her talk included plenty of audience participation. we spent 4 hours there, in the middle of the day, so it was not crowded at all. can't remember the entrance fee, minimal i think.

Many scientific experiment sets are there to enjoyment with understanding of science theories. I am sure kids will start asking 'why this, why that like questions. Very calm and quiet place with very supporting and friendly staff.

My daughter attended a workshop this morning and she really enjoyed it. A fun and educational museum. There is also a gift shop and cafe and parking is free.

The Sharjah Science Museum left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. I have seen science museums in other countries; their purpose being to excite children and adults alike to the wonders of science. This museum works to an extent, but I somehow did not find it as appealing.
To begin with, the museum has a nice garden and is contained within a single storied building. The building houses a single gallery, a planetarium and a cafe. The single gallery was a disappointment; I expected the museum to have 6-8 galleries, each dedicated to a different field. Here, the gallery had a collection of objects, which seemed rather random and not well-organized.
If one display deals with the human body, the next one would concern an optical illusion, followed by the body again and then, suddenly the galaxies. For a child, it can be confusing to suddenly switch from one different field to another. Some of the more interesting exhibits were also not working when I visited. If one is looking to stimulate interest in science along with getting a feel of time well-spent, this museum does not quite fit the bill.

The Sharjah Science Museum is located in a picturesque area. The museum has ample parking, though it can get water-logged during rains. Entry rates are low, and concessional tickets are available for children and senior citizens. The interactive exhibits not only educate, they also entertain. I saw many visitors smiling or laughing. Even if you are not exactly a child, don't hesitate to visit this place. It has enough to keep one happily engaged for over an hour!

The Exhibition Hall includes state-of-the-art elements, which have been designed to get children interested in science. You can test your flexibility, grip strength, and balance; make a cartoon; use a music synthesizer; build a puzzle of the human body

Absolutely loved this place!
Entry fee is really low priced. There was a planetarium show as well.
Cool science stuff which I think adults will also find it amazing. Liked the shadow tunnel the best.
Few staff inside , nice and friendly.
The only downside is the cafeteria. It was just ok. Hope they make it better.
Separate prayer place for men and women also there but outside in a porta cabin.
It's a small museum but worth the price. Kids and I enjoyed.
Feel I enjoyed more than kids!

As I mentioned in the review, the entry rates are low, and concessional tickets are available for children and senior citizens. I do not recall the exact rates.
