About
We are a microlight flying club that offers scenic flights over the desert and along the beautiful coast of the Arabian Gulf. We fly both microlight aircraft and powered parachutes. Enjoy a different perspective of the beautiful Arabian Peninsula with its turquoise sea, majestic mountains and serene desert.

Visited flying club on oct 2020,
I would describe as fantastic sporting experience for flying a light aircraft vehicle with captain.
One must try this flying experience, if have one in list of things to do before I die.
Staff was cool, guided me for if I would go for getting flying liscence.

A well organized, excellent friendly staff, well trained pilots. For sure an experience to take while you are in Ras Al Khaima. They give from 20 minutes to 1 hour experience of flying with trained pilots, with choice of your microlights. A booking or a call is better to make before going considering weather or them being busy. They accept age from 5-7 year onwards..... they can assist you to take a pilot license as well.

I am returning to flying after a very long absence and for me this is the most affordable place to obtain a licence and an opportunity to fly several different types of microlights including fixed wing (Aeroprakt A22) as well as gyrocopters.
Cost is approximately AED17,000 to cover flights, exams tuition etc., and good value for money.
The staff are very friendly an helpful, as other club members.
Members of the public can enjoy "tourist flights" in a variety of aircraft for a nominal fee.

Very disappointed with the unprofessional booking service. Third attempt at coming for a flying tour and first off the greeting by the 'security' was hostile and aggressive. Secondly the booking lady had cancelled our booking without informing us because she said she 'never called us back to confirm'. Why did she not call us back to confirm or cancel?! Additionally not once in the many calls did she mention us needing a negative pcr test - she just 'apologised' for not telling us! Kind of a deal breaker really! Finally all of this 'booking' was over telephone so just feels nothing is ever properly confirmed. All in all a very upsetting and disappointing experience for something that I was so excited to do. The booking and customer service definitely needs to be improved.

Unprofessional and cheating. Booked flight costed AED 800. Paid full amount in advance. Then they closed all the operations due to drons activities and other force major for more than a month. Was waiting-waiting but asked for refund. They refunded AED 779 instead of 800 and stopped to reply on all my requests and messages. Simply no answer. At all. Cheap and unprofessional people. They lost at least 2 people as clients and money as my friend wanted to book with them too. So minimum 800+800. And all the references and word of mouth. If they are happy to face all these losses for AED 21 then what i can say? Good luck

Plese do visit ... its a awesome experience. .. good equipment. .. good staf ... gr8 pilots. .. flight is around 20 min & best part is u can fly this for 10 min....

Great place to try LSA flying experience, it was great to fly with one of the instructors, he is from Pakistan and seems to be professional pilot. They offer flight time from 20 Min to 1 hour plus someone can get a flying license after completing a course with the club.

I surprised my mom with a microlight 2 seater flight experience on her birthday and she totally loved it.
The staff and pilots were very friendly and that certainly made the experience a whole lot worth our while.

Jazirah Aviation Club has many new 2 seater microlight aircraft with friendly young pilots who take you for a ride on sky above Ras Al Khaimah.Minimum 30 minutes rides give you an aerial view of all major places.Excellent worth for money!!!!

I took a flight in an autogyro in half an hour we were at the Oman border seeing turtles and flamingos on the way.worth every penny and a must do while you are in the area
