What an adventure!! This was an exciting and exhilarating way to see Jebel Jais from a bird's eye view! I booked online and when I arrived everything was as expected. Registration was fast and efficient. The whole operation is efficient, thorough, and top-notch. Oliver was great! He helped me into my gear and chatted away my nerves. I felt safe and would definitely recommend any thrill seekers to try this. If you don't want to do the zip line there is a nice little cafe that you can sit at and watch people buzz by while enjoying a meal and a beverage. Thanks Toroverde for the fabulous flight!!

if they want to us to get there at 2 pm why do they say u have 2 30 pm slot. isn't it easier to just write 2pm. we booked for the 2 30 pm sky tour and got there at 2 25 and they make me read the fine print that says need to show up at 2pm. so why not issue a ticket with 2pm written on it. than they charged 100 aed extra and put us on the fastest zipline. it took 2 hours wait to get on our turn. I feel the sky tour would have been better as it is not as fast so u can enjoy the view. the fastest one is so fast that u cannot enjoy the views I think both options are different experiences and you might think of doing both instead of doing one vs the other. I did not feel unsafe even for 1 min. the staff were very understanding when my nephew had two minds and was a little scared but they convinced him patiently and sent him off and he loved it. I did not do the skytour but I feel that would have been a better experience as it is slower. also if u wearing glasses pls dont as there is so much wind that it pushes into your guys or tighten the eye googles they give u so that no air comes in. this the staff should do as we do not know half my ride I could not enjoy as the goggles were not tight enough and ny glasses were moving constantly with the air coming through the side of the googles. over all will go back will get there in time and do the sky tour too. overall positives staff were very patient and helpful safety not an issue at all amazing must do thrill ride overall negative pls write the time in bold on ticket at which u want us to come instead of a bait and switch pls tighten the goggles for people wearing glasses pls reduce wait time. it was great to enjoy the views before our turn but waiting 2 hours for a 2 min ride was a little too much

Flying over the mountains of Jebel Jais was an amazing experience and definitely a bucket list item if you live in the UAE. It was really well organized, efficient and safe - while still being adrenaline inducing.
